Visited on a beautiful sunny day which only helped the experience...great hosts at the cellar door...good wine knowledge...explanations about the varied terroir and beautiful wines. Also had a wonderful platter of French and Marlborough cheeses...the chapel is special and we loved our visit.

We‘ve just been overwhelmed by the subtle quality of the offered wines at Clos Henri. The service has been very friendly and the atmosphere in the tasting place, a former chapel, is just charming.

The tasting room was an actual chapel and is cute as a button. French owners have created an inviting and attractive spot. Beautiful grounds.

The setting is beautiful with the tasting room in the little chapel. It is a bit further out of town of the main drag of wineries. The vintner doing our tasting was from France and seemed a bit pretentious about their wines and not inviting...More

Perhaps the least ostentatious, but the most welcoming vineyard of our tour, was Clos-Henri. They moved a small chapel here for there tasting room which creates an intimate and old-town setting. Even though the winery was begun in 2000, it feels like it has been...More
