This can get pretty busy so allow time to wait in a que. Be fair because you would want the staff to spend time on your questions etc and so does the person in front of you.

Lots of tours depart from a bus stop near the i-SITE and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful of the various tours. The walking tours also leave from here.
