The Brain Watkins House is owned and managed by the Tauranga Historical Society, whose volunteers maintain the house as a museum and open it to the public each Sunday from 2-4pm. Admission for public viewing is $5 (children free). Private group...more

Very nice visit on a Sunday afternoon. Well worth the visit and the guides are lovely and very passionate. It is nice to have a peak into the olden days as my kids said. The kids found it interesting as well.More

this venue is rarely accessible and of not that greater significance if you want history best to go to the local maori then these buildings
