Family of 5 visiting from Wellington, we found each and every one of the staff members very easy and accomodating. The overall Jet experience and the squeeze were amazing! Jeremy was the coolest driver so so funny. 10/10 would do again!

Excellent value for money tour - jet boat ride, the 'squeeze' which is not to be missed and thermal pool soaking. But, what made the trip 5 stars was the driver/ guide Jeremy. If you can, ask for him. He really cares about customer service,...More

We went on a cooler day and were worried we would be a bit cold. This wasn't the case as they give you good quality rash tops and splash jackets for the jetboat. We hopped out of the boat straight into lovely warm water. It...More

Hi - I'm a contact lens wearer. Would this be a problem if I do the Squeeze, in other words, is the water so strong that I could lose one? I often swim and shower with them in (as I wear monthlies) and I can't see far without them! We're visiting the area in April in case that's relevant. Thanks.

A friend of mine is rather curvaceously proportioned. She would love to go but is worried about the "squeeze " part. Just how squeezy is it ?
