It was a great sunny day for an hour and a half walk around the park. The flora was amazing and provided shade from the sun and the fauna was cute and welcoming. Most animals approached you were very friendly. The downfalls would have to be the lion enclosure, is it big enough? I'm not an expert so can not... More

We arrived just in time for the lion feeding which was very cool to watch and learn about each of the park's lions. The kaka feeding was great, it was awesome to be able to see the birds up so close! We loved being able to feed and touch a range of animals, our daughter loved it! It was an... More

Paradise Valley never gets old, i have been here many times before and I still love it each time. The animals are so cute, especially the little piglets and the goats are very entertaining as well. It is a well thought out attraction with the lions included, just awesome!

We took our granddaughters on a very warm summer's day. Arrived in time to see the lion feeding, which was a highlight. A leisurely stroll through the bush to feed the ducks, goats, wallabies and trout followed.

We absolutely loved this place. We were there in a beautiful sunny morning and being early there was hardly anyone there. It's set on paths meandering though beautiful natural native forest. There's tons of animals that are very friendly and love a little scratch and even Keas and a Tui that nibbled my fingers. We enjoyed this beautiful place so... More

So useless....cost about $30 each to get in to see about 7 lions sleeping and a few goats n ducks ! Omg what a waste of money ! One mini horse... 2 alpaca...couple of pigs...... don't waste your time or money going out here !

What a lovely afternoon. Easy access for everything was like just going for an afternoon walk to see some Lions then a rainforest walk with ducks and trouts galore and a farmyard! Perfect when you have a toddler! My fave day in Rotorua! Also the drive from main town is lovely when you get to all the scenery.

We have been here twice now, its great, kids loved watching the lions being fed that was certainly entertaining, though you need to stand back if your buy the caretaker feeding as sometimes a bit of blood from their meat gets flung, you are warned before they start to feed....though if a hot day, take an umbrella or wear a...
