amazing experience with amazing Maori warriors! The food cooked in warm pool was interesting and watching the traditional dance was just magic! The tattoo artist is a special man and a very good painter! Hope to go back there one day!

It's a great cultural experience! Definitely a must do in Rotorua if you are interested in Maori culture. It's a good interaction with the guests and the show gave me goosebumbs! And of course: the food!!! So delicious! I enjoyed myself a lot. Very harmonic and interesting evening.

We've been travelling in New Zealand for a year now and it's so good to learn about the Maori Culture ! Such a good introduction as we get to know a lot about the carving, games, the haka or even how they used to cook the hangi ! The buffet was delicious and we specially enjoyed the mussels ! :)... This was a good cultural experience and a wonderful way to learn about the Maori people. The only thing that would make it better would be to limit the experience to fewer visitors at a time. I have been to similar experiences and gotten more out of them as it was a more intimate group. The meal provided was very... More

I had the overnight experience in March 2017, it was hands down the most insightful, entertaining and enjoyable experience I had in New Zealand. Not only was it fun it was also very educational, we were provided with an insight into Maori life and culture. The Tamaki Maori village family welcomed us into their home and performed a fantastic show,... More
