The staff were so friendly and caring. Really helpful girls. The horses seems to enjoy their living and what I could see they are really taking care of (all of) the animals there! We took the 3 hours ride and the view were amazing! WORTH IT!

I really had a great time. I did the 90 minute trek which for me was perfect; I got to see the beautiful Lake Okareka from a height and the distant mountains. I was a first-time rider, however, was made to feel very comfortable by the lovely guides. The farm is around 15mins from Rotorua. As I didn't have access... More

Fantastic 10/10. Great hospitality and a great scenic 1.5 hour ride. From a husband who had never horse trekked he had such a great time. Even bambi came to say hi! We will definitely be back!

My partner and I went on the Bush Trek and had the most amazing time. It was pouring with rain but we were given full wet weather gear and it didn't even matter it was raining, we had such a good time. The horses were absolutely beautiful! We rode Peanut and Joe! Both our guides were lovely and knowledgable, telling... More

Amazing ride through an incredibly beautiful landscape. Despite the weather (we arrived a few days before a big cyclone hit) the ride still went ahead and our amazing guide Kate made sure we were confortable. We were given gig waterproof jackets and waterproof trousers and stayed dry! Kate is an incredible horse woman, very patient and a brilliant instructor. My... More

Traveling with two teenagers around Tauranga and Rotorua, we were unsure whether this was worth the price, as there were cheaper horse trekking options available, but we had a hunch about the lake and boy was it right! The all-girl team at the horse farm was warm and welcoming, Sandrine the guide, Hanna and the third guide (please forgive me... More

We arrived for the 10am 2 hour Knoll Ride. Straight away all the staff really put you at ease and are super friendly. Introduced to our magnificent horses we set off for spectacular views of all the lakes and the rolling countryside. The guides were super friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

My son and I did this horse ride-and it did not disappoint. The guides were terrific, the horses were very well trained, and the views could not have been more beautiful. It was a tremendous afternoon. Give yourself a break and do it---it will make a wonderful city even better.
