Took young grand-children visiting to see the trains. They loved the trains and the tracks and the different scenery obstacles etc that they have to go over / through. Glad they kept this attraction started years ago

Interesting place to visit with lots to see especially if you like trains as one of my friends does. ( collects them). A different activity that you should visit at least once when you visit Napier NZ

Our 2 girls enjoyed it here and to be honest, the place is pretty cool and a lot of effort has gone in to all the model railways. I did, however, think it was highly overpriced ($10 per adult and $5 per child) being that...More

A lot on view, incredible detail and what a warm and welcoming host/owner. My husband and son just wandered and stared in a happy daze. A lovely place to visit and a happy home for enthusiasts.

Attended as part of a family group (3 children and 8 adults) there was a lot for all of the ages to look at and engage with. The kids were given two circuits on the ride on train which they loved. Reasonably priced for an...More

As a child I loved playing with toy trains. For me this attraction was awesome because it had many different tables set up to look like the different railways tracks around New Zealand and gave you the historic stories behind them. This attractions only took...More

Out three year old absolutely loved train world, we spent several hours there and had to bribe him to leave. The interactive Thomas section was the biggest hit, but also the sections where he could push buttons to watch trains go. Highly recommend

So unassuming from the outside that you are bound to miss it. We stumbled upon it by a very lucky coincidence of parking right on the entrance. This place is just magic. The model trains are captivating and the stories behind some of them are...More
