300 degree views. Overlooks pretty much everything except Napier! A nice day essential. Tight road up to the lookout so be careful if driving. Tough walk or run if your into that.

Can't leave Napier without a view of the waves crashing the shore and we got to be impressed with the shops open catering to Gisborne shoppers so nice to be appreciated and cruise up the hill after a nippy morningtea in a cafe.

The lookout is 142m above seas level and provides a good vantage point over the port. It's a hard slog walking but easy you reach driving.

Great views over the top of Port of Napier. Definitely worth having a quick stop & stretch with plenty of parking

It is worth going up Buff Hill Lookout to get a great overview of Napier. The elevation gives you a good view of the whole vista of the town, port, harbour and beyond.

I used to live up here at Bluff Hill so came up here for a bit of nostalgia! The views over the port and Marine Parade are expansive but noisy when the port is working!

This lookout is an easy drive up with a great view. Worth a look when you are in Napier. Fences need a bit of upkeep. Would be nice for council to have better and more attractive fencing.

I think you would need a reasonable level of fitness as it is a wee bit of a climb. Enjoy.
