Stay in marine parade if you can, it takes you straight into the Town where many of the buildings are of architectural interest and then there are FABULOUS bay views.

A nice long walk on a sunny day with a good ice cream place near the roller board park made this an ideal place to spend 2-3 hours while visiting Napier
Fun activities and places to visit for families, couples and friends. The beach is not great for swimming. It is nice for a picnic, or bonfires. Great walking path.
