I am a solo traveller and I have been excited about this tour for a very long time! I found this tour informative and it gave me a really good glimpse in to the early settlements around the volcanoes, traditions of the Maori tribes along...More

We did the half-day vulcano tour and can totally recommend it! Mike picked us up at the meeting point which was central and easy to find. In 4,5 hours, we saw four vulcanos, did a bit of hiking and Mike told us all about the...More

Storms knocked out the glass bottom boat but the hike to the destination while not easy was easily worth the ups and downs. As seen in the Narnia Movie, a nice warm spot for a winter day. Double up with a hot water beach after...More

It says 45 minute walk, but really it may be 20 - 25 minutes. It is worth it. The view and walk is spectacular. Bring your bathing suit if you want to swim as the water is so clear and it would be a nice...More

This tour is one to remember. Breathtaking 360° views of Auckland from several volcanoes, and learning a lot of interesting things about the unique geography of this place. Also comes with a knowledgeable and very nice tour guide.

This was a very well thought out tour, that focused on volcanoes in a locale where much of the city was built on volcanoes. (As a result, the tour took you to much of the city). Highly recommended, with a lot of different stuff (like...More

This beach is amazingly beautiful! It's a bit of a trek getting down there but so worth it. I loved it and wished we could have stayed longer but we were on a limited time schedule.

Brilliant tour of Auckland’s volcanos, providing a great overview of the best sites. Our tour guide, Mike, was informative and friendly, making the tour all the more memorable. We were unfortunate to suffer some pretty bad weather while completing the tour, but Mike made every...More

Our flight landed very early so we looked for an Auckland tour that a) keeps us busy until we can check in to our hotel, b) provides a bit of activity after sitting 12+ hours on a plane, and c) gives us an overview of...More
