Lots to do and lots of interesting things to look at - silo park, the new Auckland theatre, North wharf and lots more very nice area just to wander around. Real history also considering what it use to be like a few years ago.

If you're a boat person you have to visit here. Walk to the very end of the boardwalk and on the way view the Americas Cup yachts, fishing trawlers and the multimillion dollar superyacht right at the end. Lots of eateries and a nice playground...More

Lots of lovely boats to look at, some really pretty tree lined streets but there's a flurry of construction activity so it's quite noisy. Nice to walk around in the sunshine though

It's a beautiful place to visit for a sunny day. Heaps of good restaurants / cafes on offer. No wonder you see lots people here on weekends.

Head down here for nice cafe's and bars, plenty to choose from. There is also plenty of transport hubs from here as well , trains , ferries and buses
