Its a fantastic trip. The train ride is very enjoyable and sights are beautiful. Our kids loved sitting in the open carriage. highly recommend it.

Tour group went here and rode the railway. I had a turn at being in the drivers cabin, watching the workings with them shovelling the coal, really good experience. All the workers are voluntees.

Sorry to say there is no public transport out to Glenbrook. The best way to do it is to high a car, there are higher places on the stand not far from Mission bay. I hope this helps.
