We visited West Australia in September specifically to see the unique wild flowers that grow there. We hit these gardens early in the trip, which was great because we could see flowers, plants, and the names of those plants. It was lovely, and great preparation...More

Queens Park is poked away in the east end of the city - across the road from the WACA cricket stadium and just down the road from the state’s police head quarters. It is an absolute oasis. Well kept grounds in an English estate style...More

This is a small but stunning park. A lazy relaxing day to be had watching the ducks and sitting on the dark green and lush lawn.

These are some nice gardens to relax in and read your book. They are well presented and well looked after, and are in a great location being in the center of town.

The gardening staff are to be commended, the grass looked like someone had trimmed the edges with scissors, it is immaculate.

Queens Garden is a secluded small park that is a perfect place to stroll around and enjoy the lovely gardens or take a picnic and chill out for a few hours.

Beautifully laid out and maintained gardens with attractive small lakes and a wealth of interesting birdlife. We had four black swans waddling around not twenty yards away. A background of exotic birdsong not familiar to our Scottish ears! We sat in the shade and relaxed...More

The Queens Gardens is still one of my favourite gardens in Perth. It’s in East Perth as opposed to Perth and the best way to get there is by walking or the Red Cat. It’s a fairly quiet garden with lots of birdlife here, and...More
