All you need from DFO
Apr. 2021
All that you may want from an outlet is at DFO. Air-conditioned building, bathrooms, and of course, plenty of shops for you to go around. After being in the Brisbane DFO, I would say the standards are met.

Nothing to rave home about
May 2021 • Friends
I went to the DFO In Melbourne and it was amazing!! The one in Perth is absolutely not the same. There really aren’t any mind blowing specials to get excited about. The food court is small and pretty average. Best items there are the bubble tea and the sushi. Personally if it’s out of your way to get to this place, don’t bother. Else get a Costco membership and have a look next door instead.

DFO Perth

Nothing special compared to other DFO around Australia.

Prices are not a big difference with normal shops in the city other than few luxury brands which in my opinion is worth spending the money with:

RL - depends on what you buy it can be convenient or not
HB - they have good deals
UA - same as RL
Lindt - 👌

Food court doesn’t seem appealing.
Parking - if you are beyond the free time prices are high

Hope this feedback assist both landlord and tenants to make a more realistic DFO experience

Thank you

Not Impressed
Oct. 2020
i wasn't really impressed with the DFO, i was expecting it to be like the one in Melbourne, don't get me wrong it is large and very lovely inside but it is still really expensive even with sales on, i walked around and got my nails done and bought a pair of shoes and that alone cost me over $100.

i wont be going back anytime soon.

P.S i never tried any of the food

ANATOLYA KEBABS & Grill DFO
Jul. 2020
we began our Meat Box journey at Anatolya Kebabs & Grill at DFO. This meat box was prime of example of never judging a book by its cover. This meat box was served looking like a bit of a mess, but oh boy did it did not disappoint! The chip to meat ratio was very close to perfect! The chips were seasoned perfectly and were crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy in the centre! The meat held great flavour and was incredibly succulent although being slightly cold. The melted cheese between the meat and chips was melted magnificently and was beautifully stringy! Overall we were impressed with our first meat box for this page, with a reasonable price and filled us up!
Price: $14.50 (including cheese)
Rating: 7.5/10

You should get Free Parking or get reimbursed when you leave. Outlet stores are just a gimmick anyway!

Not worth the experience
Jul. 2020 • Family
Obviously with shops being 'outlets ', we thought that prices would be greatly reduced. Sales were on and the designer shops had good reductions. But slightly disappointed, considering the paid parking, limited shop choice and high cost on goods, and very poor service and food on offer in the sit down cafe, we will.not return. Definitely better choice and shopping experiences in the many shopping centres in and around Perth.
The Lindt shop is worth a mention as it stacks up.to it's reputation of excellence in service, choice and value . Had we known it served hot and cold drinks, something that the sit down cafe did not, we definitely would have spent our money on drinks. They even gave away free chocolate bunnies on every chocolate purchase made!

I feel that Water town has much better pricing. DFO is certainly very glamorous and maybe I need to give it more of my time. I felt the Bistro was quite expensive.

Not as convenient as Watertown
Jan. 2020 • Solo
I’m wondering if they built this to compete against other major cities with a DFO factory outlet equivalent, or provide a more complete shopping experience. Perth already has Watertown which is on the western edge of Perth city and has a free regular bus service to the centre, whilst you need a car or 30+ minute public transport bus trip to get to DFO. It’s not necessarily convenient, although it has some pretty good shops here.

Prices can be hit and miss, as it’s not just a factory outlet. Some of the stores seem to have the latest merchandise as well.

For me, Watertown is more convenient.

This complex has many different stores and all have great sales . There are many high end brands at discounted prices. Only down fall is that they charge for parking.
