brilliant just brilliant such lovely staff going out of the way to assist. I don't like to share names on social media, but let me say this, you wont find better help and support to plan out a trip. It was very pleasant and stress free experience with end to end support and guidance.

Western Australia is a very big state; it's a million square miles, bigger than most countries. It makes sense to get some directions if you want to venture outside of Perth. Perth has some interesting features, but there are lots of things to see in WA. Perth's favourite holiday island, Rottnest, is worth a day trip.

I received prompt and helpful attention from the visitors centre telephone staff event though they were inundated with customers wanting to book Wander Out Yonder experiences.

The WA Visitor Centre is at 55 William Street, in the centre of Perth. Visitors can book accommodation, tours and the friendly staff c an give you lots of ideas on what to see and do. It's a one-stop shop. Some free maps will come in handy, althtough Perth is not a difficult city to find your way around. If your feeling adventurous, you can get some background on the Kimberly, the wild country in WA's extreme North West. Broome is a favourutie place to visit, you can check it out here.

I missed my bus due to a temporary coronary scare. You wouldn't even give me a break or a new booking. So having to spend the weekend in Perth on the streets, I was robbed by 3 syringe wielding junkies who got everything I own in the world. Now I have to walk to Esperance,no money, no nothing so thank you very much for being so mean, I'm going to have a good chat to my cousin in Sydney about this one, he is a Queens Council. You didn't even give me back my fare money, I'm going to sue the pants off you. Brett Lavelle.

Dear Mr Lavelle, We are sorry to hear of your misfortune on your recent visit to Perth. As per our earlier conversation; for the transport company in question to refund a fare they require from the ticket holder certain documentation to support a refund claim. Please forward this information at your earliest convenience and we will again take up your request on your behalf. Regards WA Visitor Centre Management

We came here on a very hot day to work out things to do on our week in Perth, we were welcomed by the cool air conditioning and the very friendly staff, we were attended to straight away even though they were busy and the lovely lady who helped us gave plenty of ideas which we ending up booking the seafood experience on Rottnest Island, which was amazing. Lots of info, local souvenirs and room to sit and take your time. Enjoyable visit to an informative place. Thanks to the lovely lady who assisted us on the 2nd of December in the morning, sorry don't remember her name.

Staff are ready to assist with any questions or advice needed. Also helpful making tour bookings. I wanted to book a trip to Rottnest Island with less than 24hrs notice, and they handled it easily confirming availability and providing me with all the info I needed. They also have a nice little gift shop, if you're looking for something less frenetic and of higher quality than the usual touristy shops.

Hi Allison M Thanks you for your valuable feedback, especially in regards to our gift shop. We have tried hard to source as much locally made Western Australian products that cannot be found in adjacent souvenirs stores in Perth CBD. Hope you enjoyed your day at Rottnest and the rest of your holiday in Perth. Regards WA Visitor Centre
