Experience the wonder and enjoyment of a traditional Venetian Carousel right here at Elizabeth Quay. The Elizabeth Quay Carousel has been brought to the Perth waterfront by local jeweller Rohan Milne, of bespoke jewellery boutique, Rohan Jewellery. After visiting a similar carousel with his family in Spain and experiencing the fine artisan work in person, Rohan was inspired to bring a similar joy to the people of Perth and visitors from around the world who can now experience this creation themselves. Built in the Veneto region of Northern Italy, the Elizabeth Quay Carousel has a combination of horses and carriages with hand painted Venetian artworks. It has been created by some of Europe’s best artisans and is set to traditional carousel music, which is sure to delight both the young and young at heart.

Such a beautiful ride in such a beautiful location!!! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, and helped us take some photos during the beautiful sunset!

Fantastic to see one still operational in Perth city, and in such great condition.
Fits in well with the surrounding quay and gives the kids something different to do.

In days gone by, what we called "merry-go-rounds" were not ucommon. These days, not so. The Elizabeth Quay Carousel is a gift to the children of Perth. It was made in the Veneto region of northern Italy in traditional style, every piece of it hand crafted, from the horses to the music. It's a great feature of Elizabeth Quay, especially for the youngsters. Opening hours are variable at the moment due to the corona virus, but everyone is hoping that that by spring it will be back in action full-time..

Lots of fun doing the merry go round in Perth. Amazing scenery and friendly staff. Highly recommended if you have young kids with you.
