We went by bus to Cape Leveque which is a long way, but saw the landscape from the ground. We were uncertain about the additional cost of the return flight especially as we had to pay extra as the minimum number of flyers was four and we were three. We are so glad we did it! That tiny plane was not bumpy, Mike took us to 1000 feet to see things close up and the coastline views are a memory to treasure. We felt that we were in capable hands with someone passionate about his work. We highly recommend Air Kimberly.

From pick up at hotel to drop off back at hotel cannot rate this tour highly enough. Our pilot Alana was superb, kind and professional and never made us feel rushed.
We incredibly got a private flight in a small Cessna so had views which were some of the best we have ever seen from both windows and circled the horizontal falls, superb. Lunch at Cape Leveque was excellent and the swim in stunning waters and views was up there as the best. Alana was informative on the flight and on the ground and never made us feel rushed. The flight back along the coast with different terrain was superb. Had amazing weather which made it. Greeted with a beautiful glass of iced tea on arrival back at airport which was very welcomed. A must do trip and definitely get your monies worth. 10/10 tour.

One of the best tours I have been in anywhere in the world. From our on time pick up, by the jovial Jensen, to our return this was an exceptional tour. Our pilot Ben was not only a great pilot, but he is just a real nice, down to earth bloke who clearly loves his job. From his commentary on the outward journey, to his 4 W Driving skills, and the stunning flight home Ben is a real credit to Air Kimberley. The tour itself starts out in Broome and flies out over King Sound, The Horizontal Waterfalls, Kolan and Cockatoo Island before landing at Cape Leveque for a delicious fresh Barramundi lunch at the Kooljaman Resort and a swim and a Matsos Ginger beer at possibly the best beach in the world .Then a quick visit to the Western Beach to see the colourful Pindan rocks contrast with the white of the sand and the turquoise of the ocean. It is indeed a memorable lunch break. Back in the air Bens commentary fires up and compliments the stunning coastline as he flies us back to Broome past incredible landscapes, small settlements and breathtaking bays. This is perhaps the only tour tour I have ever been on that truly exceeds the brochure and all the advertising beforehand. An absolute must do.

If anyone is visiting Broome or even living there or nearby, I tell you now, Air Kimberly is a must, I’m terrified when it comes to planes, especially in a little 6 seater Cessna, but I tell you now, with Captain Mike behind the wheel, he made it feel like we were floating on clouds... The sceneries we got to experience is something you couldn’t explain, people would think you were making up stories.
So I tell you all now start making that booking, your only going to regret it if you don’t👍🏽🤗

Ben took us on the most extraordinary flight of our lives from the dusty red runway of Cape Leveque, just a stone’s throw from the beach, over stunning tidal and coastal scenery back to Broome. Such a great way to return to Broome after a 4 wheel drive trip to Cygnet Pearl Farm and Cape Leveque. Ben was an expert pilot and generously shared his knowledge and passion for the wonders of these wilderness areas.

We took the scenic flight from Cape Leveque to Broome which was amazing. Our pilot Amy was very competent and professional and made us feel very relaxed throughout the one hour flight down the Dampier peninsula.
Our landing in Broome was very smooth, and we were then provided with refreshments and a bus back to our resort.
We would definitely recommend this very professional airline for flights in the Kimberley.

The ground staff were very friendly and welcoming. We then met our pilot Tom who ran us through where we would be flying. The flight took us inland and then over the King Sound and then on to the Horizontal Falls. Unfortunately for us, it was a Neap tide but it was still quite spectacular to see. Tom our pilot was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information along the way.
We stopped at One Arm Point for lunch and a swim and then a short drive to the Hatchery to see the various local species of fish and corals. Highlight was the sea turtle who loves a back scratch!
Back on the plane with a refreshing Matso’s Ginger Beer. We hugged the coastline all the way back, flying over cape Leveque and James Price Point before flying down Cable Beach.
Brilliant to see the area from the air and would thoroughly recommend this trip with Air Kimberley and cannot fault Tom for his flying expertise and knowledge and being a brilliant host.

Had an opportunity to fly with King Leopold Air from cygnet bay back to Broome. The experience was amazing with every changing land and seascaps with fantastic commentary. Ben the pilot was very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating cheers. Highly recommend

We flew in one of the company’s cessnas Broome to Karijini & return under the calm and professional care of pilot Ryan. From the moment of pick up from our hotel the team were enthusiastic and customer focussed. This is a fabulous way of seeing the Kimberley & Pilbara. Ryan gave expert commentary on the landscape and the local history and was good company during the 2.5 hour trip. Everything was thought through including in flight catering. The team were punctual, professional and friendly.

Well ,flying to the Horizontal Falls was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had , I got to sit up front in the copilots seat there and back with Will the pilot his knowledge of the area was exceptional. After flying over the falls we set down to a great lunch then off to swim .Will could not do enough for the people on the trip he was great . The view from Air Kimberley plans was great with there bubble windows you could see much more. Air Kimberley picked me up from where I was camped and dropped me back.
I would recommend Air Kimberley to anyone coming to Broome and Will as a great pilot as they all would be .

What is the cost of the 1 day Kimberley scenic tour from Broome please? Possible date 4 or 5 May. What is the likelihood of cancellation due to weather at that time of year?
Can pickup be included from hotel in Broome, and is there any extra cost?

Hi Anna, the weather up here is great in May. Yes the pickup is included (free). I cannot tell you the price as I do not work for them so you'll have to call them directly with that one.
