Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was a beautiful and fun ride on the blue camels! Weather was perfect, with a beautiful sunset on Cable Beach. The backpacker staff were great, chatty and take plenty of pics with your camera for you along the way. Alison was very friendly and welcoming... plus a little gift of pearl earrings for me! It goes for nearly 2 hours, so you have plenty of time on your camel. It's easy to get on and off the camels, and you can feed your camel with thank you carrots at the end. Highly recommend!!

The camels were great and the staff couldnt be friendlier - clocking up miles to get the right pictures for you.

Fantastic experience, wonderful team who take lots of great photos for you and are very knowledgeable, would 100% recommend. The camels are really well looked after and seem to enjoy their job. It is a very touristy thing to do in Broome but such fun that you don’t want to miss out! The free pearl earrings were also a nice touch.

Such a lovely way to experience the sunset at Cable Beach and celebrate our anniversary.
Alison and her team were friendly and accommodating.
The camels calmly meandered down the beach as our guides talked to us about the camels, Broome, the tracks of the turtles and took heaps of photos and videos on our phone.
While on the way down the beach the clouds rolled in but on the way back the gloomy sky rewarded us with the anticipated sunset.
Well worth doing this experience while visiting Broome.

A must do in Broome! The team ensured everyone had a wonderful experience, taking photos and videos of the train as we walked down the beach. The 'herders' walked beside us answering our every question and made us feel safe, secure and relaxed.

Had a lovely time! Before I even started I got free pearl earrings (all females do). Then we were given numbers on which camel we were gonna be on. I was on number 2 (Ariel, she is only 13 so she was quite playful splashing in puddles wherever possible haha). I also had the camel behind me standing next to me most of the time and was giving him head rubs haha (Think his name was Moshu or something like that…maybe Mushu to follow the Disney theme haha) Apparently he likes to have a nice view when he walks. Can’t blame him for not wanting to stare at his friends butt the whole time hahaha. The people from Broome Safaris (sorry I don’t remember names though they were all very friendly) kindly took photos for everyone who wanted them along the way and before you even get on. So I have lots of amazing photo’s because of them. You got to ride a camel across the beautiful Cable beach on a camel whilst watching the stunning sunset. You finish the day off by getting to feed your adorable camel a carrot as a well done 👏 Overall great experience!

One of the few things that you can still do outside the peak holiday season is a late afternoon camel ride across Cable Beach. Stunning location and a pleasant way to pass an hour. As the camels have all been captured from the wild to control the wild populations, this seemed a good cause to support at the same time.

The staff were so natural and bent over backwards for us to take heaps of photos [not the ones you get charged for] with our own camera. Camels were well looked after and respected. You got to give them a few carrots each at the end! Wonderful way to experience cable beach
