In July 2021, we were lucky enough to escape a Melbourne winter and enjoy the most wonderful trip aboard the Reel Teaser. Three couples, mostly novice fishermen became experts overnight under the tutelage of Ross and Critter. We couldn't believe our eyes as the fish just jumped onto the hooks. Barramundi, mulloway, fingermark and tuna just couldn't resist us, and we ate them later, prepared by the amazing Steph. As well as the fishing experience we also were able to see the most stunning scenery, we hiked to waterholes for a refreshing swim, we visited Horizontal Falls and Montgomery Reef (which was my favourite) and best of all we had plenty of relaxing downtime to just drink in the beauty, isolation and the serenity of the stunning Kimberley region. Thanks to Ross, Critter, Steph and Tracey in Broome for an unforgettable experience. We feel it was the trip of a lifetime and we have recommended it to all our friends who are now also very keen to have a Reel Teaser Fishing adventure. Thanks again, we'll be back!!! Virginia and Markxx

A huge thank you to Ross, Tracey, Critter and Steph, the team of Reel Teaser for treating us to the trip of a life time! With the backdrop of the magnificent Kimberly coastline the 6 of us novice fishermen/women were given lessons in casting on top quality fishing rods by the very experienced and extremely patient Ross and Critter. And then we were off! With their knowledge of the waterways, the little creeks, the muddy banks, we were guarenteed to catch a fish or 10! And we did, barramundi, mulloway, fingermark, bluefin tuna and others. Thankfully no crocs! Ross and Critters professionalism, love and respect for the land and water as well as their enthusiasm for their job (and what a job!) was contagious and made our trip very special. As well as the fantastic fishing we swam in fresh waterholes, saw the magic of Montgomery reef, zoomed through Horizontal falls and swam in the crystal waters at Silicon Beach. On board the well equipped, very comfortable and cool boat we were so well looked after by the delightful Steph. She made superb, plentiful meals and was skilled in preparing our freshly caught fish. Barramundi crumbed or baked, tuna sashimi, smoked fish and ceviche. Delicious Steph! And we have to give a mention to Ross's super tasty chilli mud crab. Needless to say we loved every moment of our trip on the Reel Teaser. The fishing, the company, the music and the scenery were nothing short of spectacular. We hope to revisit the Reel Teaser one day and try our hand at catching that big fish! Thanks guys Annie and Pete

Thanks to the crew onboard the Reel Teaser we experienced the Kimberley wilderness at it’s best. We not only caught wild barramundi, we got blue fin tuna, gold band snapper, mulloway, red emperor, mangrove jack and mud crabs. Ross (skipper), Critter (crew), were very professional and helpful in organising 6 inexperienced fishing adults to enjoy their knowledge of fishing the Kimberley and the waterways north west. Our onboard delicious food was prepared by Steph, we had sushi, sashimi, baked, breadcrumbed fish, chilli mud crab, as well as fillet steak and stir fries. Reel teaser is a very comfortable 65 foot boat, the fishing tenders and fishing equipment are top class. We visited very remote waterholes for swimming in amongst stunning landscape. We spotted crocodiles, dolphins, a whale as well. If you get the opportunity don’t hesitate, 10 out of 10, the crew make it work.

A huge thank you for the most unforgettable week fishing in the Kimberly. Our group of friends and family included experienced and novice fishers, adults and children. All of us had a fantastic time, the boat was comfortable, Steph’s food delicious (keeping the fussiest kids happy) and the fishing was superb. A combination of Ross and Critters expert tuition, their knowledge of the best spots to catch Barra and a good deal of beginners luck meant we all left happy with lots of good catches (including a 112cm Barra)! There were lots of laughs, some competitive board games, some great swimming in rock pools, magic sunsets in the most breathtaking place and great fishing! Couldn’t have wished for anything more.

Avid barra angler or can't tie a lure knot but dreaming of catching your first barra then this is the outfit for you. A very comfortable boat with an outstanding professional and friendly crew. The installation of a large gyroscope has improved stability so that the issue of seasickness is almost eliminated. There is as much or as little fishing as you wish with expert tuition for the novice or mere suggestions for the experienced. There is great variety in the delicious meals and you will not go hungry. The scenery alone is worth the ticket but it is a wonderful overall experience. This is a trip that should be on everyones bucket list.
