We organised a private wine tour to Yarra Valley to celebrate the engagement of two of our friends and it was a perfect day. The booking process was efficient and Max accommodated our special request to add a visit to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery into the itinerary.
The bus was clean and spacious for our group of 12 friends. Our tour guide Neil was easygoing, helpful, and very accommodating to our needs (he even made a quick stop on the way to grab some breakfast snacks). He also drew our attention to interesting sceneries, sculptures, and installations from time to time and shared the history behind them.
The selection of the four wineries was excellent. The day was well spaced out leaving us enough time to enjoy the wine, surrounding, and taking pictures. We also enjoyed the lunch and the options suited different dietary requirements.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to visit the Yarra Valley.

The Winery Tour was well worth the money for our group of 16. The team made the booking process a breeze and treated us (or we lucked out) to a huge bus on the day. BT worked hard to facilitate a winery request into the itinerary and were extremely prompt in their replies. Highly recommend. In fact, i have already recommended to several friends who asked about my saturday. Don’t waste your time planning let the team plan for you!

We were so happy we booked Bilby Travel for our winery tour day. There were 10 of us on the day and Allan our driver was nice! He was friendly and very professional and gracious about our loud singing and chatting all day! Everything was on time, well organised, all emailing with Max was great and within 2 business days, usually same day. The bus was clean and serviceable. The 4 wineries he organised for us were lovely. Hubert Estate was very loud inside, difficult to talk to people across from you, but it was a cool venue all the same. Staff at Boat O’Craigo were particularly lovely. I asked for and received 4 wineries and the chocolaterie in a 9-hour day, which in hindsight was too rushed, I would just stick with 3 or 4 venues next time to feel more relaxed. But I had been very gung-ho about fitting in as much as possible, so that’s on me. Anyway everyone had a great time and agreed that it was extremely good value for money! Thank you Bilby!

We absolutely loved our winery tour and our driver Richard, such a lovely day out with friends. The car was massive and super comfortable with water bottles included. I made the booking with Max, very friendly, informative and helpful. We got to choose the wineries we wanted to visit and they made the bookings for us. My friend had her birthday and driver Richard had bought her flowers, so thoughtful. We had a bit of a dramatic end to the day, our accommodation that we had booked (made through a different company so not related to Bilby) to stay at after the wine tour was completely shut down and we were unable to reach any person to check us in. Richard was so kind to stay behind (past 5 pm we had booked him to) just to make sure we were ok. We would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a private driver to take you around for a day trip. Thank you team Bilby!

Max organised our 19 person private winery tour in the Yarra Valley with such ease and made changes for us with no issues. Max was efficient with communication and easy to talk to. On the day we had an amazing bus driver called Alan, who was above and beyond accommodating and welcoming. We had such a great day! We highly recommend Max and his company and will definitely be rebooking!

We had a wonderful day in the Yarra Valley! We booked in a private tour with Max for 6 people.
Max was amazing, private bus, air con, esky for our drinks and water supplied. We had our music playing the entire time.
All the wineries we visited were great, plenty of tastings, we enjoyed lunch at Helens Hill with 6+ tastings, a glass of wine, antipasto boards + woodfired pizzas which were delicious!
Max even made a stop for us so we could grab some more drinks before heading home!
We would definitely recommend booking through Bilby Travel, the whole process was seamless and the day was fantastic - enjoyed by all.

This was one of the best winery tours we have been on. We were able to choose where we wanted to go, everything was booked for us, was just a perfect day. Great wines, great lunch.

Our winery adventure at Yarra Valley was a success, thanks to Max's quick and accommodating responses. Our driver, Alan, was friendly and focused on the road despite the noise from the girls. Thank you, Max and Alan.

This is my third time to travel Melbourne. I organized 4 days private tours (12 Apostles / Puffing Billy / Sovereign Hill / Yarra Valley) for my family members and Liu was our tour guide/driver.
My family members were quite enjoy in the whole journey and we can stop the places which the "big coach tours" never stop.
Thank you Liu and the comfortable vehicles.
We definitely will travel Melbourne and book Bilby Travel local tours again.

We had a great private day trip to the 12 apostles with Richard, our expert guide. Richard was an excellent driver, flexible to our needs, had a great music playlist and a font of all knowledge 😃
There were 9 of us (8 adults and 1 teen) and the van was ideal for us all. We were picked up at 8 am in Melbourne CBD at our hotel and dropped off at the same location at 8 pm. There were lots of stops during the day where we visited places like a chocolate shop, Koalas in the wild, rainforest walk, fresh fish co-op restaurant, 12 apostles and a wildlife spot with dozens of wild kangaroos.
Genuinely a 5 out of 5 experience for everyone and a must do when visiting Melbourne.
