We were staying at the Marriott, so this was super convenient. The magician was very engaging, there were cool illusions, and our whole crew (ages 17-51) had a great time.

Seating was intimate so audience was really close and involved in the show from start to end. Luke’s illusions and the whole magic show experience was fantastic!! Thank you

Now that was entertainment in its purest form. Lukes ability to not only perform his incredible repertoire, but to engage and involve his audience was worthy of a standing ovation. If you are looking for a fantastic evening, put this one on your list. Thanks Luke ... dare I say it ... that was magic !!

Luke Hocking puts on a HIGHLY entertaining show! He is an absolutely fantastic magician and a great showman too. Add a 2 or 3 course meal as a package (we did the show with a 2 course meal at the Marriott for just $85 each). Most of the shows are on a Friday night but some are on a Saturday night. We did the 7.30 show but there was also a 9.30 one. Absolutely loved it. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for an awesome night out! We had a drink at the bar first as we got there early.

I booked this show as it looked interesting amongst the list of Red Balloon experiences that I could choose from with a voucher I’d been given. My husband and I NEVER get to leave the burbs and head in to the city for a date night, so we were looking forward to a fun night out.
It was quickly apparent that Luke is extremely talented, hilarious and charming. His magic was mind blowing, equally impressive was his ability to remember the names of half the audience throughout the night. There is a LOT of audience participation and my introverted husband, who is usually extremely anti-participation, was called up, but no one was ridiculed or made to look silly so it wasn’t a problem. Introverts…..don’t be scared or put off. Luke said at the start that any participation will be a pleasant experience and we felt that it really was. The audience participation and the fact that Luke used so many people’s names, along with the small room & close-up seating plan, made for a really intimate and personal show.
Didn’t stop smiling the whole time. Wonderful, amazing, fun date night. Thanks Luke!

We are in our late 20’s and wanted to do something spontaneous in Melbourne. We didn’t really know what to expect with it’s, trip advisor only, reviews.. But this was truly magnificent and one of the best shows i’v ever attended. I loved the intimate setting and Luke’s showmanship and ability to entertain a crowd was like nothing I had ever seen before. (And a true talent in itself).
Intimate, interactive and some jaw dropping stuff. You won’t regret it - HIGHLY recommend.

Mind blown. We travelled from Brisbane to see Luke and were beyond impressed. A true showman. If you’re in Melbourne, do not leave without seeing this show. Truly one of a kind experience.

It was held in a ballroom with less than 70pax, so it was an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Great seating arrangement and you get to be up close and personal to all the magic and mystery. Luke left us shocked and amazed with his skills and showmanship. Well worth the money and time. Highly recommended!

What is the closest parking near Marriott hotel Melbourne

Thanks for your question. There is lots of multistorey parking nearby, we suggest 59 Lonsdale st is he which is only 50m walk to the Marriott and around $13 if you park after 4pm

Yes the show is suitable. But so you know the show is not aimed towards young children. We do recommend it for ages 10 plus, but do often get kids much younger coming along : )

Thanks for your question. There is lots of secure parking around the Marriott Hotel on Lonsdale & Exhibition Streets. The Marriott only offer a valet parking service. When you book, you will be emailed 24 hrs before the show with parking details.
