Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great tour company. Ian was our driver and looked after us well.
Red Hill Brewery was a fanastic place to start the day, with super-friendly staff giving us a full run-down of the beer tating paddle.
If you like wine/cider, The Old Apple Shed is a must! Fanastic lunch as well.

Had a great day out celebrating hubby's 40th birthday. Our driver Ian was lovely, breweries were great, our fave being Bad Shepherd. Definitely recommend this tour for a fun day out, without the stress of driving home. Really appreciated our group being picked up from & dropped off to our home.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

The brewery tour was fantastic and our driver Paul looked after us very well. Everything went very smoothly and the beers that we had were very tasty. The groom really enjoyed it, as did everyone else.

Gary our driver was an absolute legend and David was a pleasure to organise the rip through. The breweries we went too were very friendly, the beer was great and the food provided was good too. The only thing that stopped it being five stars was the title - this was by no means an 'inner city' brewery tour. Of the 5.5 hour at least two of this was on the bus; we ended up most of the way to the Mornington Peninsula! I'm not a local so the suburbs meant nothing to me - more the fool me for not looking at the map, but if I'd known I'd have planned some activities for the bus too. Overall a very day and good value for money. Thanks MBT!

We had my brothers 21st and we all had a great day. Simon our driver was very easy going and gave us plenty of notice for when we had to move on. All our stops were perfect for our taste in craft beer. Ask them for recommendations! They know all the best places.

Fantastic tour with Ian, he was polite, well knowledged on the brewerys and just really easy to deal with, Bad Shepard Brewery was our favourite and also the most relaxing Ian joined us for food and conversation and really made an effort to be a part of our day Afterwards we asked Ian if he could drop us off another 5kms up the road, from pick up point and it was no problems, this also made it a lot easier for guys to get home WELL DONE wish you all the very best with your tours

Thanks for the kind review, however I think you have the wrong tour as we usually don't visit the Urban Alley Brewery. It might be Aussie Brewery tour they also do fantastic beer tours around Melbourne as well. Cheers!

We had an awesome day out with our guide Ian. The 4 breweries were diverse and the tour relaxed and not rushed. Our hilight was the Clifton Hill Brewpub followed closely by Hop Nation in Footscray. Thanks to Ian and the team for making the day memorable and being extremely easy to deal with prior to the event.

Really good way to kick back and celebrate our hard work, was awesome letting tour guide/driver Ian organise the day so that we didn't have a worry in the world. Enjoyed the diversity of the breweries, and a good length of time spent at each which kept it interesting.

Hi We have a group of about 15.seniors with time to spare and were wondering if you could organise a one day tour of some of Melbournes smaller breweries .
We would be coming to Melbourne via the Ballarat Train ,so could we start the tour from a rail station along that track.
We have been the Carlton &United brewery so are not interested in going there. What would be a approx.cost and time
