We have welded immersive riddles of Escape Rooms with scale and fun of Amazing Races into a brand new adventure! Urban Quest is an emotionally charged and interactive race where competing teams of 4-6 hunt for hidden clues, solve intricate riddles and complete hilarious challenges while navigating iconic Melbourne’s CBD streets and trying to outsmart each other. Guided by our custom software by the palm of their hand! Urban Quest is here as an ongoing competition full of mind-bending puzzles, tricky challenges and lots of fun and action, all set up out on the city streets. No game is the same!

What a fantastic evening. Myself and 4 girlfriends loaded into a car, team name, secret ID's and badges arranged and headed to the showgrounds ready for a night of challenges.
There was music playing and from the moment we arrived there was excitement in the air. The team was great at building the hype. Great puzzels. So much fun! We will definitely be back again

Really enjoyed Melbourne's version of the Amazing Race. It was so well organized and a lot of fun. The three hour adventure went really fast as you were constantly working on your next clue. My only suggestions is that it was difficult to compete against teams that had done it before, as they new what to expect. Maybe have a separate game for them. The game did slow down when everyone had to wait at the Shrine for so long. Maybe change this section, otherwise lots of fun.

For Christmas I was given a voucher to do one of Urban Quest's amazing races. I was unsure as to what this would actually entail but it was definitely beyond my expectations! Setting up an account and joining the game on their website was something we had a few issues with, but we got there in the end. The actual race itself was made up of nine different puzzles that you have to solve all whilst running around the Melbourne CBD. There was amazing integration of technology, using your phone to guide you and solve puzzles and great use of the Periscope app in one of them. We ended up coming fifth, but it was still a great feeling finishing the final challenge. Definitely worth having a go if you are someone that enjoys having fun.

what an unorganised mess! we don't do very many activities as a small team so when we do, we obviously want to get it right. They made it sound like it would be a great event for a small team and that's what i was looking forward to, only to find out that it was basically a simple game, and even that was not well organised.
The event host was rude at times and not very thorough in providing instructions of how the game works, nor answer questions properly and instead telling us to "read the guide he sent us" - seriously mate?

My friends and I got a free pass for 4 of us to do this as a team.
You need a login to the site to get clues and enter information from sites to get the next clue.
I was unable to create a profile no matter how much I tried. Upon telling the organiser he blamed me for it rather than trying to help. Told me it was my fault.
When we turned up on the evening 20 minutes early we were told we needed two phones logged in to the site. 2 of my friend didn't have smart phones so I told the organiser this and I couldn't access the site. He said he would talk to the administrator. Never happened. When I said it again when the brief was happening he just said tough basically. It really restricted us and made it difficult to play the game.
The organiser was rude, obnoxious & unhelpful. There were also 2 photographers tracing our every movement and step. One was taking photos like the paparazzi, the other taking video. Despite being asked repetitively to stop taking photos of me they didn't listen.
My friends and I all agreed it is not something we would ever repeat. And we certainly would not pay money for it.

There is a simple registration process that hasn't been followed before the game as per our detailed instructions. Also, there are simple essential requirements to each Race that you unfortunately didn't fulfil as well.
Besides the fact that you have read and signed the Terms and Conditions where the presence of photographers was stated, you didn't let me know that was an issue straight away and, moreover, you were actually abusing them while they were just doing their work. As a courtesy, none of your photos were published.
Strangely, I have received a very positive written feedback from the rest of your team, which makes me think that your review was biased and made up. Good luck!

Great fun, had the time of my life! Great way to see Melbourne and keep fit at the same time! Enjoyed every second! I'd do it all again in a flash.

What an amazing day filled with quirky, challenging and varied clues! Filled with the same adrenalin pumping excitement as the American TV show. Discover so many different laneways and facets of Melbourne that you didn't know existed having an awesome time solving puzzles with your best mates! Best fun ever!! Highly recommend it!

Hi, in some cases the Race might be suitable, but very often it requires quick moving and getting in and out of the car a lot, so it is more up to the team that person plays with and their readiness to help where needed. However we would strongly recommend contacting us prior any bookings. Thank you!
