I got the SkyBus from the airport to Southern Cross station. Commendations to the driver who was really helpful. At the train station he made a point of coming to assist me with my case, as I couldn’t lift it down from the bag rack. Such a great service.

Very good service, best way to travel to the city, however we were unable to hear/understand the commentary/directions from the driver on both trips to and from the airport. This is in part an accent thing, however more a location of the microphone I think ... too close (blahblahgarbleblah) or too far away (shhhhhh Melbshh, cityshhhh). All good!!

SkyBus is an airport bus service that runs between Melbourne Airport and also Avalon Airport. The service is prompt and fares are reasonable. SkyBus can be boarded at the terminus, adjacent to Southern Cross Station.

Wow most excellent service ever. Everything so well organized and controlled. Feel like a 10 star. Bus staff made sure assistance was provided to people with heavy luggage and all seats properly filled. Thank you well done

In my opinion, the best option to go from Tullamarine Airport to the city, considering quality and price. You can purchase the tickets through the app or directly upon exiting the airport. I recommend buying return tickets. It's cheaper. I had to go to Saint Kilda, so I took the Peninsula Express one. In less than one hour the bus dropped me off just 2 blocks from my destination. It's very comfortable and there is a special compartment to put your luggage. Also, the driver was very kind and helpful, making sure everyone gets to their right destination. I highly recommend.

First time user of this service, for our return trip from the domestic airport to St Kilda. Firstly, well sign posted at the airport and a convienent location just outside the Qantas terminal. Airconditioned bus was much need this particular weekend . Bus drivers were helpful, smiley and happy to wait for this 'boomer" to bring the prepaid tickets up on her Skybus app. I even emailed the company while in the air, as I thought we'd miss the Peninsula bus and was surprised when they got back to me (still in the air) with a prompt and helpful reply. Customer service at its best .Thank You

SkyBus is an express airport bus service. The comfortable SkyBus runs between Melbourne Airport and Melbourne, including Tullamarine. The express service to Avalon Airport is a dream run. The service is prompt and fares are reasonable. SkyBus can be boarded at the terminus, adjacent to Southern Cross Station. You can use your WiFi while you travel, around the clock. You can use your phone to book and pay, SkyBus is good value.

At just under $20 pp one way, the SkyBus is a cheaper option than taxi or Uber for one or two people. From what we can tell, an Uber will cost upwards of $50 so if cost figures highly, it’s the way to go. We didn’t know about the free shuttle but will look into it next time.

This is a good service for 1 person. With recent price rises, not great for 2 or more. I got a cheaper ticket through Agoda activities - it pays to look for a cheaper deal. I saved $7. The staff were pleasant and I got a seat both ways with place for my big bags.

I took the sky bus from Melb Airport to the city today 08.08.24 the drivers name was Ashley-he has excellent customer service skills, friendly, welcoming. And helped me with my large case. His commentary was very clear and welcoming. The driver that took me to the airport two weeks ago - a tall and dark man was the opposite - just grunted, no help at all and just pointed to where he wanted the bags. Please employ more people like Ashley “what a welcome to Melbourne”
