Soooo many choices and not enough room in tummy to try them all. Scared of food envy of others so why not go more than once. Anyhow, very well run, great Pimms bar and great Vietnamese Also great dessert, pity there was no ice-kechang.....with Durian...More

There are hundreds of parks in Melbourne. This is one average one but close to the city centre and it has the federation bells. They play music at certain times. This is certainly better than federation square which didnt impress me at all

A nice place to walk or sit and people watch by the Yarra River. There's a good kids playground and toilet facilities nearby. Close to Federation Square but a quiet escape from the busy city streets above. Good spot to sit and have lunch or...More

Perhaps there's more on the weekends. Doesn't have much to shout about but I would imagine this as a lace for a nice stroll for those staying around or even those wanting to have a rest over from work

Beautiful park, lots to see, and right along the Yara River. Don’t miss the Federation Bells! You have an amazing view of the city from all around the park

It is pleasant to wander along the river here and, for the kids, there is a big playground with sand pit and grassy hills to tire themselves on. There is quite a bit of public art to break up the monotony. It is close to...More

You walk through this from Federation Square to Rod Laver Arena and MCG but linger awhile and listen to the bells which ring from 8am to 9am and again at 12.30 to 1.30pm and lastly at 5 to 6pm. Very contemporary design and music

This park resulted from changing the infrastructure of Batman Avenue, the Jolimont Railway Yards and the area to the east of Federation Square and followed the development of the square in 1992. The park was opened in 2002 to the public and is an interesting...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
