Hi Barbara, Thank you for your inquiry. We offer complimentary Hotel pickup from inner city hotels only. Your daughter would need to make her own way to our departure point at Grand Hyatt. We then transport our passengers from the Grand Hyatt to the appropriate launch site, which determined by the prevailing wind on the day, as is our flight path and landing site. We then transport our passengers from the landing site back to Grand Hyatt where breakfast is served in the Collins Kitchen. cant remember the cost check his web site you need to allow a couple of days incase of bad weather but well worth doing I am not sure about kids I think it was approx $400 each

Hi Bealst1, Thank you for your enquiry. How far in advance, usually depends on the time of year, and the number of passengers,you might be wanting to book. During the cooler months, we would advise 2 to 3 weeks and during the warmer months, 3 to 4 weeks. That is not to say, there wouldn't be spaces available, if you tried to book within the advised time frame, as it's simply a guide, to help save disappointment. The larger your group the more in advance would be advised. Our normal Premium Flight with breakfast included, is $448pp though we are currently running a Winter Special @ $388pp saving you $60, but this offer end 30th August 2015.
