Love Koko at Royal Arcade. Love the chocolates like no other! Newly renovated. Looks great. Such a shame about staff behind chocolate counter. Walked out last Friday after waiting what seemed forever. Same thing today. Some constructive criticism. Please have more staff behind your counter.

Love coming here to have a coffee and chocolates. The service is always great and the chocolates even better. This place is a must.

There are some special chocolate and one choco with Cheery and cranberries on it. It is very delicious and special. It is worth that price. I don’t like chocolate, but I like it.
