Amazing bike tour with Freddy. Great sharing of knowledge of not only Melbourne but of many places in the world. We had a small group so lots of time available with him.

My wife and I spent part of our 25th Anniversary with Matt and the Blue Tongue team touring Melbourne on e-bikes! We could not have enjoyed it more. The sights were incredible and the local guide was knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend for anyone wanting to see a lot of this city in a short amount of time, as well as learn about its amazing history. The e-bikes make the ride easy and the bike lanes and route are safe. Perfect for cruise ship excursions on your own.

What an awesome experience with bike tour owner Freddie!
Following up on a walking tour from the previous day, this was a great opportunity to explore and buzz through the city beyond the immediate center, by way of beautiful parks, historical sites and wonderful neighborhoods. The e-bikes were top notch, easy to manage and very intuitive for anyone who has ridden a geared bike.
Enjoyed the easy pace of the tour and Freddie’s stops provided an insightful and fascinating narrative on the history of this great city and its people. Mixing in a good dose of Aussie humor, Freddie made this a perfect “10” ride!

The electric bikes felt and looked like new, so they were great to ride. Freddy our guide was great and gave us plenty of historical info along with sport. It was a great couple of hours and we got to see plenty of Melbourne. Would recommend this tour to anyone who can ride a bike

Freddie was an excellent guide, really fun and entertaining. The bikes were of good quality and well maintained. We got a good feel for the city during the tour. Would highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable day with Blue Tongue and our guide Freddy. The bikes were super comfortable. Freddie was a good raconteur and had everyone introduce themselves which led to lots of fun side banter with our fellow cyclists. The route was good, and we saw a considerable amount of Melbourne’s highlights. We enjoyed the lunch stop at Naked for Satan. Lastly, we appreciated Blue Tongue's emphasis on safety - they had another guide bring up the rear to make sure the group stayed together.

The guide are experienced and well-informed. I learned the history of Melbourne and Australia.

Great way to enjoy the highlights of Melbourne and learn the background from a knowledgeable guide. I took my kids on the classic Melbourne tour and thought it was fabulous - didn't want to finish. Thanks Freddy!

Loved this tour. One of my holiday highlights. Covered a lot in the 4 hour tour. James the guide was very knowledgeable and engaged. The weather was outstanding which definitely helped. Great way to see the city.

Do you have a locker or a place where we can store a bag? I'm booked for a session in the coming days but I'll be coming from a meeting and will have a heavy bag that I don't think is appropriate for cycling.

To the best of my knowledge Freddie’s do not provide any storage facilities. However, Melbourne City would have local pay for lockers at the local stations. This maybe an option. Enjoy your ride. J

We bike often and have added a padded covering to the seat. How hard are your seats? Should I be packing my seat covers? Coming from the US. on a cruise ship to Melbourne.

Our family had a variety of physical shapes and sizes but had no problem with the bike seats which were nicely padded. You'll enjoy this tour.

Unfortunately I do not know where the cruise boats dock but transport in and around Melbourne is very good. The bike tours generally start at 11h00 and finish around 15h30 - 16h00. We were there in high season and did not need to book ahead of time.
