Would walk here every day if I could. Lots of paths to explore and places to sit while you enjoy the views. Dogs allowed (on leash) Heaven!

After the hustle and bustle of the city the gardens are wonderful to escape and enjoy the surroundings. Beautiful layout and easily accessible

This was my second visit to the gardens and it was just as lovely as the first time. In true Melbourne style we firstly wandered along, basking in the sunshine only to be suddenly blasted by a cold wind and an overcast sky. It didn't...More

We didn't have enough time to do this justice but beautiful grounds and lovely gift shop, I could have spent a fortune!

Don't miss this--birds, plants, flowers, a lake, children's garden and many private paths. One could spend all day here (and there are restaurants and cafes, too).

I was really impressed with this garden. I had just visited the Sydney garden and thought it was one of the best . It was but Melbourne gardens is just as spectacular if not more so .

Such a fabulous way to pass a sunny spring afternoon, just strolling around getting lost in your thoughts or reading a book by the lake, and people watching on the numerous benches. It's beautiful and despite the abundance of people it felt peaceful.

This park is very nice and pleasant. You must visit here if you are in the area. All trees are well kept and has lovely plants.
