Firstly Jess went out of her way to pick us up from our accomodation and then proceeded to discover what our shopping tastes were before taking us to many outlets. We got some great bargains and had a very enjoyable day, Jess is very patient and nothing was too much trouble.

We were picked up early and had a great day out shopping. Did some damage on the credit card. Loved the shops we were taken too - something for everyone. Thanks Jess for a great day

What a fantastic day with our own personal guide. Shoes, bags, fashion, linen and chocolates to name a few of the highlight, plus a delicious lunch. Absolutely recommend. What more could any girl (old or young) want.

Wow!! Thanks Jess had a great time .
We was also lucky to have been able to share the experience with 4 sisters from Queensland which we had a good laugh .
Shopping was good visited several different outlets stores so there was something for everyone.
Luch was also more than we expected.
All up worth a great day out

This is the 5th tour I've done through this company and I'm never disappointed. Tracy was a wonderful hostess. She was extremely patient with my mother who had hurt her back. The lunch was lovely and they catered for my daughter who's vegan and myself a vegetarian. We did buy some great bargains!! As well as seeing the city and surrounds with a lovely bunch of ladies. I will definitely go again next trip to Melbourne!!

Thank you for a great day out, Tracy was wonderful patient, we all had such a good day we will be back next year. Everything ran smoothly got to all the shops we chose, lunch was very good as well.

Our small family group of 4 included 3 generations so we needed appropriate shops for each of us. Tracey was very flexible so we went where we wanted. Also included a nearly op shop. We drove through some beautiful landmarks of Melbourne suburbs which Tracey told us about and answered our questions. Lunch was pre-ordered and ready when we got there. Delicious. A great day all round. Might do an op shop tour next time in the “fancy suburbs “.

Four very satisfied 'Kiwis'. Lovely environment which I would highly recommend. Jess was just amazing and we all loved her goal to please everyone on the tour. Also appreciated the after tour half hour visit. Thank you ... we will be back!

The three of us had a fantastic day together. Jess was an awesome host. She picked us up from out hotel and dropped us back at the end of the day. Jess was very flexible about the places we visited, taking everyone's requirements into account, and was always checking in to see if everyone was happy. We went to a great range of outlets and snagged lots of bargains. The other shoppers on our mini bus were lovely, so there was lots of laughter and fun during the day. Lunch was lovely and Jess also pointed out places of interest as we drove around. I would highly recommend this for a group of friends who want a fun day out, shopping for quality bargains.

My sister and I had an amazing day. Tracey was a fantastic host and was very friendly and accommodating. We shop in Melbourne frequently but she took us to places we had never been. We got some great bargains and discovered places we will definitely revisit.
