We came in here at Xmas. They have changed it's name to Playtime. With that name change came a massive change in the way the place is operated too. The machines no longer take cash or tokens. You load a "credit card" and swipe the machine you want to play. Similarly, if you win, the machine automatically adds your prize... More

Hi Paul, Thanks for the review. You are correct in regards to the tickets, we saw the mass amounts of paper tickets being wasted on a daily basis at many of our venues and believe that with the new system we can cut down on our paper wastage. Obviously, some people enjoy the classic ticket feeling, but we aim to... More

Recently visited with young kids. Not ideal. Some fun things and games to try but more for young teens. The enviroment is dark and loud. No natural light from anywhere. It is a fairly large area but don't go during school holidays. It was so busy and cramped.

Lots of fun arcade machines that kept us entertained for a while, easy access to everything and there was added stuff that you could do for free such as the vortex tunnel

We had visited the Galactic Circus years ago and since it was close to our hotel this time around we headed there a couple of times to play arcade games. It was busy the three times we went but you never had to wait much to play and we enjoyed the silly flashback to our youth before we were allowed... More

It's a pity they are rebranding this into a Kingpin with the focus on older kids and young adults. My son just loved this place as it was. We went the last night, the games and rides were great, the staff were spectacular under pressure. I lost my sons leather jacket, so he had to head back to the hotel... More

Took two grandchildren to Galactic circus while staying at Crown, Bought each a $15 game card which they are able to insert into the various machines until credit runs out. Fun for kids collecting token tickets at each game and swapping for prizes at the end of visit. Everyone's a winner.

Great place to go bowling for the children and a lot of game machines to test there mind, hand co-ordination skills out on,with the chance to take home some memorabilia if they collect enough tickets from the games they play.

This place is soooo much fun! games for all age ranges and heaps to choose from. Our 5 year old had an absolute blast! not suitable for children who are easily overwhelmed as it dark and noisy. Will be back!

Sensory overload! The kids absolutely loved it, chaos for parents with arcade games dinging everywhere and kids running crazy. This place is heaven for kids with all the variety of games to choose from. Great place to go on a rainy day or the prefect trade off reward for the kids for letting mum shop all day.

Whilst this complex is very attractive to younger people it can be costly. I found some of the machines took more vouchers than they advertised. It was also very dark and I the ambiance was dull
