Did the Annabelle room,
The room was scary, and well put together, the challenges were fun, we escaped with only one hint (we didn't find it too challenging)
The staff were good at the start, however when we escaped we felt they weren't really interested in talking to us, just said thanks cya later, (most times the staff at other places have been keen for a genuine chat about the room and what not) was all good though I suppose we paid for the escape room not to talk to the staff,
Was a good room though, definitely the favourite out of the 5 or so I've done
Definitely worth doing, I haven't done the others there but if you are going to do one here pick this one you won't be let down

The was one of the best rooms I’ve done. Some puzzles were very different than the standard lock and key. The room design makes you feel like you’ve walked right into a conjuring movie. Scares are plenty. The staff were wonderful. A must do if you are in Melbourne.

My partner and I did the Annabelle escape room and it was awesome! There was some decent scares and a proper structure to complete and follow the puzzles. Highly recommend - probably for smaller groups as the rooms aren’t the biggest :)

We booked the 'Before Midnight' room for the two of us. Like most room escapes, they provided a locker room for bags and mobile phones. Then went though an introduction on the locks/padlocks used in the room so we were aware on how to unlock them. Then proceeded to enter the room and provide some backstory.
We definitely enjoyed the room and managed to escape from the room in 43min with 1 hint call. Some interesting puzzles located in the room.
Definitely worth a look if you are into horror-themed room escape.

We did the zombie survival escape room and overall it was ok. Not great, not good but ok. The concept of one person in your group being infected and your challenge was to find a vaccine was exciting however, the challenges in the room didn’t seem to be put together very well, the abbreviation of one of the challenges didn’t make sense to us. Nor did being stuck in an elevator and the way out was to go through the side wall? Elevators don’t open that way…so it just didn’t make logical sense. The last section though was overall the best until we received disappointment at the exit with no vaccine, no staff member in site nor anything to say we completed the room. It was like the whole narrative of the room was dismissed.

We went a group of 5 to this escape room in melbourne. We did the Annabelle room. Beside the technical issue in the room. One of the staff was so rude with us from the start. We could have wisley spend our money somewhere else.
So No need for rolling eyes, and speaking unprofessionally with the costumers.
Secondly, the technical issues were:
- the light went off and we wasted 5 min trying to fix the situation
- one of the locks didnt open with us even though we put the right code. Wasted another 5 minutes.
Finally, a the end one of the staff asked us if there was any difficulties in the game. we genuily answered that it was nice experience and that we think that there was one of the tasks that was almost impossible to be done. The staff looked at us in a offensive way and answered us with an angry voice:" but we helped you!! Didnt we!!". Also with a stupid mean smile on one of staff face, they asked my friend if we took something from escape room😑 Seriously!!
So Dear Staff,
No one wants to come to an entertainment place in order to have a fight or to feel uncomfortable or weird. Try to act nicer, cause us as costumers, we are looking for just pure simple fun in your place. Your job is to make sure that the customer was respectfully guided.
I would be happy to send you manual for how to deal with people in general and costumers in particular.

My friend booked for four people online the night before she didn’t receive a confirmation email so she rang and was told not to worry and that it was all booked in.
We arrived to be told there was no booking for us, and that they were booked out! They could however still find us on file by mobile number and could see that our booking had been “cancelled”. This was extremely disappointing when it’s a three hour round trip for us to get into Melbourne and pay for parking! They offered us 30% off our next visit which I think is an absolute joke after such a stuff up and inconvenience! Especially when we rang to confirm.
We managed to get another booking at Ukiyo, the staff were lovely there and although a slightly different concept to what I have previously played it was a great experience.
In summary, that’s a big fat NO thanks to (get) lost.

On my birthday I got told I had a surprise. I got to lost in Melbourne and I had the best birthday I have ever had!!. I did the annabelle escape room and I am so impressed in how kind the staff were and how much attention to detail the rooms had. I Definitely recommend doing these thrilling escape rooms.:)

Loved this room, one of the few horror themed rooms that is genuinely scary. The room is well designed with good puzzles, one of the better ones I've done (45+ rooms)
