Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Paid premium tickets for Paw Patrol, from Ticketek website it stated the following:
Premium:
“Full and unobstructed view of all elements of the production”
Unfortunately we paid more than $100 to see people’s backs. The show was intended for children and the organiser did not take into account heights issue on level floor (not elevated seatings).
This issue has ruined our experience, we paid premium to have better view and unfortunately we got the opposite.

Terrible another concert playing next door suicideboy and I took my mum to see Tom jones and they had everyone who consisted of mostly 60 plus people standing for an hour! Not enough time to but drinks or eat before the show and the signage was non existent. Not impressed

This is a much smaller arena then the Rod Laver Arena but you still have a good view of the court/floor of the stadium. They were holding the 'Fortnite' Tournament when we visited. Food outlet and toilets were both clean and tidy.

If you’re looking up Margaret Court Arena on Tripadvisor, the chances are you’re trying to decide whether to buy seats here for the Australian Open tennis tournament, or whether to buy them at the Rod Laver Arena.
The seating at both is reserved so the general ground pass won’t get you into either one.
There is a huge variation in the cost of seating which is dependent on the seat position, the day and the round.
I liked Margaret Court a lot. The biggest plus is that its much smaller than Rod Laver. We were close enough to see the expressions on the players’ faces, the clenching of a fist, or a fist pump after a point was won.
The views from almost anywhere are outstanding although, like any stadium or theatre, there are a few seats to avoid.
Steer clear of the seats behind the umpire’s seating. The large umbrellas at each corner can also block the view but only if you are in the front row (even a couple of rows higher and you don’t even notice them).
Some seating cops the full sun all day. To get the most reliable shade, you are best off in the sections behind the baselines. The sideline sections on both sides of the arena where there’s no roof get direct sun. It looked like sections 13 - 17 and 4 - 7 were getting the worst of the sun and I’d avoid these areas. Section 19 was a pretty good area to be in.
The seats in this arena are all fold-down plastic so if you’re here for the day, a seat cushion is a good investment.
Like Rod Laver, the roof is retractable so you won’t miss out if it rains.
Facilities within the arena are pretty good, with large, clean downstairs toilet blocks and a food outlet (although food choice is limited to mainly burger and chips etc).
Staff are really helpful and friendly. Interestingly, this year if you left the stadium for a toilet or food break, they let you re-enter in between a game, instead of making you wait outside for the next change of end. There was a lot more up-and-down movement within the stadium but it was also nice not to get stuck outside and miss part of a game.
For those interested in tennis history, look for the glass cabinet display of memorabilia, honouring Margaret Court, the player. There’s her original white tennis dress, embroidered with kangaroos and joeys and a silver tea-set which belongs to an era when that was the standard prize for a woman. Thankfully times have moved on. The tennis star holds the record for winning 24 major titles. No-one has won more.

My Wife and I have traveled from England for our 15 yr wedding anniversary to enjoy the LIAM Gallagher show.
What an absolute discrase.
We waited for the last song (our wedding song) and some bright spark pulled the plug half way through it.
I was told by staff that this was liam Gallagher who did this...Are you for real? I have seen him 15 times and never has he cut a gig short. Then told they went over their time slot - that's it my fault either.
I am absolutely beyond frustrated and demand some kind of explanation as to why I paid a full price only for the concert to finish half way through the last song.
I have video coverage of you security staff trying to make up excuse after excuse as to why this happened and will be happy to share my treatment with any current affairs channel.
We paid over 2.5 thousand pounds to be here for the show and to say this was a let down is an absolute understatement.
To have a huge European act cut short is a huge shame on your part.
Please have someone contact me ASAP to discuss this matter as I feel I have paid for a show who h did not even get the chance to conclude.
Shame on you...you should be embarrassed

Multi use stadium used for sports and concerts in the main. This time it was the Fortnite tournament. Looked like a nice venue with all you would expect in the way of amenities.

Went with my family to a concert and we couldn’t get in anywhere before for dinner as we didn’t want concert food as it’s usually really dry and yuck. But we had wraps and omg they were amazing!!

We saw georg Ezra here in feb and it was amazing! The venue was so much nicer than anticipated. Fresh, modern and easy flow of guests made it a lovely experience. Easy access to bars and food and speedy service as well as helpful guest workers giving directions.

My favourite out of the three tennis arenas. Also an excellent place to attend a concert during the year.
