The driver was on time, and found us easily. He was friendly, but not very versed in what Melbourne had to offer. I always like to ask a local what recommendations they have while I’m here. He seemed unsure, and not very interested in giving us recommendations. Overall the ride was fine.

The service was very reliable. Mr. Faysal was very responsive since the booking was made and the driver was prompt in picking us up from inside the Arrivals terminals. The car was clean and the drive very safe.

It's a wonderful experience and comfortable great ocean private tour with Melbourne LImolink. As a family, we really enjoy the whole day trip. Our tour guide has shown us so many places. We highly recommended Melbourne Limolink private tour.

I am so happy I found this company. We were met at the baggage claim at Melbourne airport and then transported in a very comfortable, clean, spacious and luxury car. I needed a suitable vehicle as I was still recovering from a double knee replacement. Faysal ensured I was comfortable and taken care of. He offered bottles of water which was so thoughtful after a long journey. We also used this service to do a tour of The Great Ocean Road for my birthday. It was such a great experience and a wonderful price. For our private tour, Faysal met us at our accommodation at an agreed time with chocolates which was a wonderful surprise. He was so attentive, professional and made our day incredible. I would recommend this company to anyone travelling into Melbourne and wanting to do private tours. I absolutely will book this service again.

I booked a trip to Great Ocean Road with Limolink for my parents and close relatives who were visiting Melbourne. The pricing was decent and the provided car (Mercedes V 250) was great. Super comfortable !
However, the best part was the professionalism shown by our Chauffer Driver/ Guide/ Friend Faysal. He took very good care of my parents - ensured that they were able to see all the touristy points, were comfortable, well fed and dropped home safely.
We decided to ask for his services the next day as well for Airport drop. Faysal asked my folks to stay at home till he reached the pickup point because it was really cold outside. He was there before time and ensured that my folks were dropped well in time !
Will recommend Melbourne Limolink to everyone visiting the city ! They always stand up to their commitment.
