I had an excellent time with my guide Jimmy! It was such a fun trip and I feel like I saw a lot more than I would have on another kind of tour.

We did the Great Ocean Road tour with these guys. The tour runs in reverse and honestly it’s a great way to do it as you miss all of the crowds. Lovely little cafe to start the day (recommend the breakfast toastie if you’re visiting cafe le hoot) then you’re off, seeing all the beautiful spots along this amazing piece of coastline. Honestly, some of the spots don’t even feel real.
Rio, our guide, was great. Knew all the locations like the back of his hand and even did some stop offs to see kangaroos and koalas in the wild.

The driver was knowledgeable, friendly and amazing! It was smart to do the reverse tour and visit the 12 Apostles first so we could avoid the crowd. The journey was so smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Jimmy!

Was hesitant at first about doing this as a tour but highly recommend it.
Rio, our driver was so knowledgeable and didn’t drown you in commentary.
Tour size was just right and doing it in reverse meant we missed the crowds.
Would use this company again when we come back. Thanks for a great day!

The driver consistently offered to take pictures for me, making my solo trip more comfortable and secure. He also provided insightful introductions to places like the 12 Apostles, Gibson Steps, and Teddy Lookout during our journey.

Great experience with this tour. Pickup was just as instructed, a small modern and very clean bus with only 10 seats. Our guide driver Yannis was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, we learned a lot of new things and beside the official itinerary, Yannis made his magic and stopped in places he knows to show us koalas and kangaroos in their natural habitat. 12 Apostles were stunning but seeing koalas and kangaroos was our highlights of this trip.

The tour is truly incredible. I am hosted by Valery, he is so friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour, we visited multiple spots with truly incredible scenery. I am especially impressed with how Valerie paid extra effort in sporting koalas along the road and making sure that we don’t miss out on any little bit of the journey, we are even offered to visit additional tourist attractions such as the chocolate factory that are not included in the official itinerary. it has been a truly incredible experience and I would genuinely recommend anyone who is visiting the great ocean Road to join the tour because not only would you be able to enjoy the fullness of the scenery, but have the peace of mind that you are guaranteed a great experience.

Went with our driver Jimmy Chan to the great ocean trip. He was very kind and shared a lot of information along the road about the surroundings and kept us going. He was very good in maintaining time so we were back in the city by 6:30 pm . This trip is great as it’s reverse and reached early ti all the slots without much crown so nice to go around. And make pictures . One needs to be On time at their pick up spot else u fortunately driver has to leave u behind which happened during our trip so we had to leave 3 people behind so we were even a smaller group. The sites are amazing . The day we left weather was raining and windy which was a bit of a bummer however we enjoyed all the sites and the rain forest walk which was short due to weather but was amazing and worth it . We were lucky to see7 Koalas on the way and kangaroos as well. Recommend this trip to everyone . Suggestion is to have a wifi oj board for the tour operator . jimmy chan is a very good driver and entertains everyone along the way. Cheers Shital from Netherlands

Trip itinerary is very good.
Our guide Jimmy Chen was Excellent.
He explained everything with lot of interest and passion.
He looked after everyone very well on a cold & rainy day.

When I booked the reverse tour, I inquired about the helicopter ride. I was told it could be done, but it wasn't recommended by the tour operator. I decided not to take the helicopter tour. the sites we saw with Orlando were outstanding. I don't have any regrets not booking the helicopter.

Tour looks fantastic. GOR reverse itinerary with pickup before 7 am...when is the first break (with a bathroom)? Used a different company a number of years ago, way too long to restroom stop LOL. Also, will be traveling in May and in Melbourne for a week...which day of the week is less traveled (but still meets minimum)

First stop is at a service station about an hour into the trip. Regular stops and drivers will accomodate any reasonable request. Enjoy the trip

Hello, we would love to do Philipp Islands (2 pax). Is there a tour available on Jan 2 (it says "yes" on the calendar but "no" if I'd like to book)? If not, when does the tour on January 3 return? Will we still be able to go out for dinner?

We will be there on January 25, 2020 on the Norwegian Jewel cruise line. Is this tour possible? Do you pick up at the cruise terminal? I understand we will be there from 8am to 8pm on that day.

We did a set tour but I’m sure they can set a tour that suits your schedule and don’t forget to ask for jack he is awesome
It's was fun with in the trip with our guide, Jack. He is a kind and gentle man, he also makes a lot of jokes to make us happy. He is amazing. He make us understand the history of the ocean. HE IS DA BEST 😂!!!

I am undecided on this tour or the one from Go West (which costs more). Between the two, what are the differences and why should we take the Hit the Road Tour? Also, do you pick up from the Docklands area? We are flying out soon. Thank you.

The van meets you in front of St. Paul.s cathedral only. If you do not have time to waste this is a good tour.

How many days in advance that we'll be informed if the tour is cancelled? As our stay in Melbourne is very short and we don't want to miss the tour at the last minute.
