They worked with unforgettable proposals to drop us off at a different location seperate to the garden tour I had booked prior.
They Accommodated the request and were very friendly. We loved our ride.

What a relaxing way to see the beautiful botanical gardens & inner Melbourne while still in the midst of holiday mayhem.
Our welcome was warm & friendly & the champagne was icy cold.

Most romantic way to see Melbourne (even with the kids in tow) relaxing, safe and something out of the ordinary to make myself and our girls feel like princesses. Highly recommend!

Our Scout group is a specialised group for youth with disabilities, including youth in wheelchairs. By emailing & planning early we were able to take everyone (parked wheelchair at NGV cloakroom) but you need to be light enough to transfer with your own support staff. The team were quick to answer all my questions via email & we enjoyed a great carriage ride around the gardens as part of our Christmas break-up.

A beautiful, elegant way to see some of the sights of Melbourne. We could have travelled this way all day - so relaxing sitting in the carriage, listening to the "clip - clop" of the horses hooves against the roadway.

I had been meaning to take my daughter for years, her 18th, her 21st, her graduation, but life gets busy. For my 60th she surprised ME! with the lovely 1 hour horse and carriage ride. Wayne was the driver, and William & Warren, the 2 brown horses with white carriage/pink seating. We both felt very special indeed departing from Fed Square by carriage and around the Gardens past the Shrine and back to Fed Sq again. Plenty of time for photos at The Shrine. Lovely and shady under the trees. There was a hood on the carriage in case it was too sunny. Very thoughtful present from my daughter! xo <3

This was a belated Mother’s Day gift. It was a surprise, which was so worth the wait. The route taken was very picturesque, we also had a terrific driver very considerate. He stopped and bought me some water which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. It was a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I took my sons and my partner on the Extended Garden Tour and it was probably the best thing I've ever done while in Melbourne. I am not a city person, but I visit Melbourne regularly with my family. This tour takes you away from all the hustle and bustle to the beautiful gardens and quieter streets of the city - and you can appreciate it from different point of view. The horses are well looked after and the carriage drivers are excellent hosts.

Great service was on time with pick up from hotel
Friendly, polite and very nice.
Horse and carriage was beautiful the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Would definitely recommend had a wonderful time and was such a great romantic surprise for my partner.
