One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, among those I had in Indonesia and Thailand. Very professional and flawless technique. Too bad I don’t live in Melbourne otherwise I’d be a regular here. Highly recommend

Terrible massage and facial,im in shock how the hell business can run so poorly, I did ask couple times young Chinese girl to change techniques, she was just patting me for 1h,no idea! Room was cold without any sentence, facial was another joke! I got peeling then stinky paper mask and again peeling,my skin was so dry !

My wife and I treated ourselves to the ‘every couple escape’ treatment, and boy was it an escape. From the moment we walked in it was pure bliss. Great service from the start. The foot spa, massage and facial were all amazing. Before covid we had done a few of these types of treatments and this one is by far our favourite. The value for money was fantastic and we will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I was supposed to have a treatment at this hotel with my partner on the 5th of July. Unfortunately there has been a death in my family at home. I rang the hotel to cancel the appointment as we were trying to get home but due to COVID and not being citizen’s this would be difficult but regardless we would like to postpone the treatment as we are grieving. The staff would not accept the fact that we did not have any flights booked and told us that due to having no evidence they would not let us have another appointment. The man I was dealing with on the phone told me my story did not add up and even grunted at one stage.
Their only suggestion was that we contact group on and get the money back, I explained that this wasn’t an option as this was a gift from someone overseas.
My experience has been absolutely atrocious and I feel completely discriminated against. Clearly all this hotel wants is money and had absolutely no respect or consideration when dealing with this matter.
0/10 stars. And I will be reposting this review every month!

Me and and my wife went for their 1 hr relaxation message at vHotel Spa last weekend. They are located on Lower Ground floor at The Savoy Hotel. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome at hotel reception. Upon entering to the vHotel Spa and we surprised with their ambiance, which it brought back our memory like you enter to the high end massage place in the 5 stars resort in Bali, with limited reception area.
Unfortunately I had to bring my daughters with us as we do not have anyone to look after at that time. Thankfully vHotel spa staff was happy to look after them whilst we were in massage. Even though vHotel spa has small reception area, however a comp pop corn was the trick to keep my girls quiet while they enjoyed their Netflix. It would be perfect 5 stars rating from me if they have a bigger space and playroom for children, especially for couple with children.
In term of their 1 hr massage, I fell asleep as I was too relax from their massage and the background music, and felt too quick for the the therapy. We left feeling so relax after a long busy week at work. Worth the money and we will be back for longer session next time if we find someone to look after my girls. ;)

This was our third visit in three years - it’s become a bit of a tradition to have a treatment at the V after Christmas and as we return to work.
We went for the Every Couple’s Escape, $340 for two people which gave us a foot treatment, 60 minute body massage and a 60 minute body scrub or facial. I opted for the body scrub and my partner went for the facial.
It’s a very smooth process and the treatments were superb. Perfect pressure during the massage and body scrub. Staff were polite, engaging and attentive and only spoke when necessary so it was perfectly relaxing.
The tea at the start and fresh popcorn were terrific and my partner enjoyed the complimentary lotions to take home.
Once again we had a fantastic session, one that’s extremely good value for money and highly recommended.
A few very minor points that I thought I’d include so the V may want to consider...
I’m 6 foot 1 inch and have size 12 (UK) feet so the bucket that’s used for the foot soak at the start is too small for my feet. After a few minutes it becomes rather uncomfortable - it may be worth having a slightly bigger one to hand !
When we “checked in” on the iPad, I completed this on behalf of my partner as it was dark in the room and she didn’t have her glasses. I wasn’t asked to fill in one for me, despite there being two iPads - when my treatment started the lady thought the information I’d filled in was for myself. I therefore had no opportunity to explain what I wanted or what my own injuries were.
The “music” that is piped into the rooms is completely unnecessary and actually a little distracting. It’s not in keeping with the mood when a Muzak version of the Titanic theme tune is being played. No music or just some relaxing meditation type music would be much better !
Nonetheless, we will definitely return.

Great little spa. Exceptional value. I had a foot spa and 90 minute massage and walked out feeling amazingly sublime. Very good value and a nice ambiance. Had a great treatment tailored to the areas I wanted worked on. Felt amazing afterwards.

Had an amazing experience at the V spa the couples massage package was worth the money. We chose the 1 hour massage, 1 hour body treatment and 30minute foot massage. The therapists were amazing, very generous and accommodating even though my partner was running late. Rex and the team are highly recommended.
