interesting enough building (with union memorabilia on hall walls) that is worth a look after visiting old melbourne gaol. currently undergoing much needed renovations

The Trades Hall was built by union members and opened in 1859 and is a historical building and covered by the national Trust and register of Historic buildings. It continues to house a number of trade unions.

My family and I had tickets to see the comedian Simon Taylor at the Trades Hall. His show went for about 3/4 hour. He was very funny and his humour wasn't crass which my sister-in-law could handle. Everyone who went thought he was very entertaining...More
