Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fans routinely miss the first quarter as it takes stadium management double the time to get 35,000 fans into this stadium than it takes to get 75,000 into the MCG. Getting out is worse. Ticket computers from the 1990's can't help. Don't buy tickets in advance as they always tell you only prime seats at $56 are left yet you can walk in on the day for $23. A rip-off.

I love this venue, especially given Melbourne’s weather. It’s worth booking the 2nd tier for great comfort with drink holders, but all seats are great.

There has never been a 'Dockland's Stadium- it's had several names but never that! Currently it is Marvel Stadium.
Easily accessible from Southern Cross Station (Bourke St end), tram # 11, 30, 86 and the free city circle tram.
Small stadium which is great for concerts, football and other sporting events. They run tours of the stadium, for a cost, if you want to see inside without attending an event.

This was a good ground in its days but well past it’s time
The facilities are not in keeping with the 21st century

The old girl is showing her age
Toilets dirty
Lighting on the playing pitch isn’t very good
And for football, the sides and behind goals need to be brought in

Food is stale and so very expensive

Would be nice if you could get healthy food

Refurb desperately needed here

This has been called Colonial Stadium, Telstra Done. Etihad Stadium and now Marvel AStadium and I think Trip Advisor should deleted this attraction as it is listed twice and listed as Etihad Stadium

A 55,000 seat stadium with a close to the action view in most seats.
The atmosphere and noise is excellent if you like to be immersed in the action. Great for any event especially with the roof closed.
Only downside is the massively overpriced food and drink which is mostly very unhealthy junk "food".
Best to bring your own food and drink.

We went to a game here purely to see the stadium ( Nth Melb vs Richmond) It is so well planned. It took no longer than 2 minutes to get to food and drink, and service was immediate. The fact that you can walk around the entire level is absolutely fantastic,We got to experience both teams cheer squads haha..and having the roof on is awesome..It was easy to get in and out and the location the Southern Cross station is a stroke of genius!!!

Had a great night here with the family and friends. A nice walk from our accommodation in little Bourke Street. Easy enough to walk to as well set up.

Visited for my first Aussie rules game and thorough enjoyed it. The ambience is cosy, and it is easy to get in and out. To complete the Australian experience, have a meat pie.

The stadium is certainly to get to either by rail, tram, car etc. When full it is a seething mass of people. As with any venue which holds so many people, gaining access is a challenge with queues. Everyone wanting to use the toilets at the same time and the ridiculously jacked up prices for everything from souvenirs to plain water at $5 for a 600ml bottle. Extortion. The seats are very small and close together, so pray you are not sitting next to someone who is weight challenged. They are also quite hard, so after a few hours we were trying to stretch to ease the back. Eat before you go. Take a bottle of water and take a cushion. Leave early so you can be seated in plenty of time before the game/ show starts.
