We (husband and 2 teenage kids) did the 4 hr sea cave cruise and Maria island visit ! We had an amazing time with much wildlife to be seen on the journey including dolphins swimming with the boat and lots is seals 🦭 the sea caves were amazing and Mike was a highly skilled skipper who guided the boat effortlessly and smoothly through the chop, We saw a waterfall that went into the sea and the teens were impressed with thr fossil cave off Maria island. One of thr highlights of thr trip was the visiting the cute cute wombats on Maria island - the cruise was well catered for with lots of yummy home cooking and we got a breakfast at tht cafe before embarking- Highly recommend would do again ! Thank you for having us

My sister and I were lucky enough to get a seat on this 4 hour cruise on 17 September 2021. It was a shortened version of the usual day long cruise, lunch and guided walk that is on offer. From the start of the day to the end, we had an absolutely amazing time. The communication with Mike in the lead up to the day of the cruise was fantastic - he kept us constantly updated as to the weather and gave us every opportunity to reschedule if we had wanted to do that. Easy directions to get to their meeting point, which is a fantastic cafe with THE best food, best coffee and the loveliest friendliest staff. The boat was clean and very comfortable. Mike provided informative, running commentary throughout the cruise. We were spoilt with delicious home made muffins and cake for morning tea. We saw dolphins, seals, sea eagles, kangaroos and wombats. The highlight of the trip was being able to go into two amazing sea caves. We also experienced the unpredictable Tassie weather, but felt completely safe with Mike handling the boat beautifully. If you ever get an opportunity to take one of these cruises, definitely make a booking. A really fantastic well run company with very friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

East coast cruises are fantastic, took my daughter on the cruise whom had never been on a boat and had a fear of boats, they were wonderful and she felt safe and loved the whole trip, seeing dolphins, seals, wombats, kangaroos, fossil cliffs and walk around maria Island, she cannot wait to go again. Food at the cafe is well worth a visit, very delicious and the friendly service staff a pleasure to talk with.

This 4hr cruise packed so much adventure in! Over to watch the many playful seals at Ile Des Phoques, around the corner to be lucky enough to go fully inside the huge sea cave, past the mind blowing blue water and colours, to the eerie darkness of the back of the cave. Over to Maria Island’s coast looking up at the huge Fossil Cliffs, Green Waterfall then across to the Painted Cliffs. Then a guided walk on the island seeing many wombats including 2 with tiny joeys in pouches and a Cape Barren Goose gosling. The passion Mike and Steve have for sharing this beautiful place with everyone, and their inclusive down to earth nature makes this a very memorable day. Big smiles all round on the way back to Triabunna and looking forward to coming back!
