The gardens and brewery makes the perfect backdrop for lunch. We tried fhe paddle of 4 beers and the staff were friendly and knowledgable. The food was good and overall we loved our time here.

Stopped by to visit the Cascade brewery, and was very impressed, with facilities, cafe and bar area, well worth a visit.

We took visitors and were embarrassed. There was a queue to order the food, a queue to order drinks. The meals came in dribs and drabs with the excuse that the pork belly takes longer.....maybe try putting it in first. Not nice when some have...More

Great tour of the brewery. Very informative. Followed by beer tasting back in the bar. Great beers. Beautiful location with nice gardens, a beer garden & restaurant. Well worth the visit. An easy 30 minute walk from Hobart's waterfront.

If you have the time do both, if not just the brewery tour and stay for a meal, good prices excellent value.

You dont have to do the tour . It’s possible to just sit in the Restaurant and sample a few Of there Award winning beers and ciders .
