We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Cascade, learning so much more about the beer making process than we expected! It was the perfect amount of time and the tasting at the end was really enjoyable - even for this wifey who doesn’t like beer! The setting is stunning and the gardens and functions area was picture perfect. Definitely worth visiting!

We jumped off the excellent Hop on Hop off bus just in time for a taster session and light lunch in the bar. Great set up with very friendly staff. Could not have been more helpful. All the beers we sampled were excellent and Lunch in the pub next door was lovely. We then went for a little walk in the gardens that are very pretty and well kept.

We had a fantastic day. My wife did the history tour and I did the brewery tour. Laura, our guide on the brewery tour, was outstanding. A very interesting and enlightening experience. I’ll never look at a pint of beer the same again! Followed it up with a lovely lunch in the restaurant. Thoroughly recommend the whole experience.

We did the Brewery Tour with the amazing Ellie. She was insightful and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Finished up with our tasting paddles which were the perfect way to finish the tour. Such a chilled atmosphere. Would highly recommend this experience. Thanks Cascade Brewery. ❤️

The tour was very impressive and Ellie our tour guide was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, informative, polite and very funny. Back at the brewery the staff were all lovely, the beer paddle was yummo, food was amazing and the view!!! Well it was just beautiful. Sure to say we loved our experience. A+++

Loved this, staff were very informative and knowledgeable, you have to be mobile as there are a lot of stairs to navigate right from the start. The beer tasting paddle was great and if beer is not your thing there is cider or soft drink. the history of the original owners and the building was very surprising.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the Cascade Brewery. Our guide, Ellie, was informative and entertaining. We would recommend this tour as part of a visit to Hobart. The hop on hop off bus was also a convenient means of transport.

We did a tour late afternoon with only my wife and myself plus another Canadian couple. Our guide was great and she made the tour fun and informative. Just got back to Brisbane and now searching for Cascade lager, definitely loved the taste!

The tour of Cascade Brewery was excellent, very informative and intriguing history. Bro our tour guide he was amazing and definitely knew his material very well. At the end we a paddle of 4 Cascade beers to taste. For the cost we would definitely do it again when we are again in beautiful Hobart.

Tilly was a vibrant, charismatic and engaging tour guide and we learnt so much about the history of cascade brewing. It’s steeped in history and so much is preserved, even the process of the brewing. Highly recommend the tour! Thanks so much for hosting us. David & Jo
