I had a group of 22 people off a cruise ship in Burnie. I made inquiries to several companies for a day tour up the coast to Stanley, and ended up working with Tours Tasmania. After several e-mails with owner Jennifer, we had a plan. They even accommodated us adding 2 more people at the last minute. Graeme picked us... More

This well organized 10 hour tour combined trips to historic Port Arthur, and the UnZoo where we had the opportunity to interact with kangaroos and birds in a less restricted environment. When visiting the infamous Tasmanian Devils we learned about how the UnZoo was working to preserve them given the current life threatening disease many faced. Visiting the exotic bird... More

The trip itself would have been 5 stars, but reduced due to the events of the day as follows. We booked this day trip from Hobart to Freycinet and Wineglass Bay with this company, we had booked it from the UK, last September, and they sent me an email confirming they would pick us up at our hotel, Somerset On... Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your accusations without interruption, as it is fantastic to have a chance to be heard without being shut down! Did there Mt Field, Bonorong Mt Wellington trip on our last day. Mt Field and Bonorong were excellent but to rushed to fit in mount Wellington. David did his best. if they dropped Mt Wellington off people could enjoy more of the tranquility of Mt Field

Tasmania was not on my original “wish” list of places to see in Australia, but I had some extra time in my itinerary so I threw it in last minute. Man, am I glad I did. My AU travels took me to Sydney, Melbourne, the Great Ocean Road, Adelaide, Kangaroo Island, and Tasmania. Tasmania was one of my favorite stops... More

Hello Stacy, Thanks for posting your review. You have encapsulated so very much of all that the BIG 3 Tour represents. You are spot on that there is very little difference between starting Hobart/Launceston. However if you are on a tight schedule the ability to finish in Hobart and fly out same evening is very beneficial. Thank you also for... More

Brilliant day trip from Hobart to Maria Island. Everything went as planned, friendly and knowledgeable guide, and the island itself is spectacular with bushland, native animals and spectacular coastlines. You are warned that you need to take your own food and drink as there's nowhere on the island to buy it.

Graeme was the tour guide & he was so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Wow, he is fit too (puts people half his age to shame)! Cradle mountain & dove lake are truly spectacular & having the options of hard, medium or easy walks was perfect for me. Especially true because I stupidly didn't check route for bendy roads & suffered... More

I traveled to Tasmania with my Grandmother on the first weekend of March 2017. We booked the "Port Arthur & Tasman Peninsula" tour without the optional Tasmanian devils park (though you can do this on the day if you like and pay directly). We liked our guide, and found him very informative on the local flora and fauna. We also... More

This was generally a very good tour. They cram a lot into a day and you feel like you have received a good value for your money. This tour also gives you a good look at a lot of Tasmania without spending too much time in a bus. There is definitely some direction by this tour to specific businesses along... More

My mom and I visited Tasmania in mid June 2016, we joined the first 2 days of the Big 3 tours, i.e. the tours of Cradle Mountain and Wineglass Bay & Freycinet National Park. These 2 tours were guided by knowledgeable and experienced tour guides, Nick and Rod (hopefully not getting their names wrong). They friendly introduced the best of... More
