Motorcycle heaven

4 of us spent 8 days traveling/ sightseeing 1500km on motorbikes supplied by Ian @ Moto Adventure Hobart. 3 bikes in excellent condition. Friendly/helpful/accommodating. No problems at all.
Tasmania is motorcycle heaven. We saw plenty but plenty more to see next time. Weather was great so that’s a bonus.

First time to Tasmania and not being too experienced on bikes, Ian was sublime. From our very first email contact, his communication was thorough and prompt ,and meeting him in person, indeed reassuring that all will be well. The bikes were in superb condition and every detail of the trip authentic and validated,,,we could not ask for more. Ian was exceptionally personable and truly went the extra mile for everything we needed. Cannot recommend Moto Adventure more for a Tasmania trip. THANK YOU, IAN. Laetitia and Laurence

LIFE ALTERING

I don’t say this lightly, but this one of the best things I have done in my life. The trip it’s self was incredible, the Tasmanian landscape is unlike any I have seen before, you get to see lushes rainforest, sweeping plains, mountains, beaches just to name a few and not to mention you seem to be greeted by the unique Australian wildlife every time you turn a corner or stop to take a photo. Hands down the best way to see this great place Is by motor bike, and the best place to hire a bike from it moto adventure Tasmania, I have genuinely not met someone with as much care and passion for what they do that Ian, he turned what would have been an incredible trip into a life altering one. He truly cares about giving everyone the best experience, and he most certainly delivers. Please everyone do yourself a favour and do this!

Hired a couple of the electric bikes and got very good service. The bikes were decent quality and maintained. Well worth visiting here for your electric bike hire

Outstanding service and tour

We booked a week long self-guided tour with Ian and as other reviewers have said he provided exceptional service and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, both by email when booking the tour and in person when we collected and dropped off the bike. The organisation of the tour, the standard of preparation of the bike (we had a Suzuki V-Strom with panniers which was super comfortable for two-up touring and had loads of space for our luggage) was impeccable and the accommodation Ian booked for us was excellent. His attention to detail with the route (some of the best bike roads in the world), pre-loaded GPS and tips on places to see along the way was great, and even as an experienced rider I greatly appreciated his advice and local knowledge on how to have a safe and enjoyable experience on Tassie's challenging roads. Can't recommend Moto Adventure Tasmania highly enough.

Amazing tour and service

Ian did a fantastic job of organizing a week long self guided motorcycle tour of Tasmania. The hotels were great, the attention to detail in the instruction guides were amazing and the recommended roads were spectacular! Highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service

We hired the BMW R1200GS for 11 days to ride around Tasmania. We found Ian to be very knowledgeable about Tasmania and were very impressed when he took his time to mark out suitable motorcycle roads for us to ride on a map, as well as making suggestions of places to stop for coffee, fish 'n' chips or interesting landmarks.
The bike was well maintained and in good condition, the overall service was excellent and we would definately use Moto Adventure again if we were to return to Tasmania for another motorcycle adventure.

Great service, great bike, great value

I hired a late model R1200GS from Ian and was really impressed. Ian is super easy to deal with and the bike was perfect. Looking forward to getting on one of Ian's bikes again soon.

If all service providers were as professional as Moto Adventure Tasmania, travelling would be so easy. Ian`s knowledge and experience of the island was invaluable. He handed me road maps highlighting the best roadways and places to see. The condition of the bike I chose to ride was highly maintained and in great condition.Moto Adventure is customer focused - nothing was a problem. Already booked again for April 2020.

Oustanding advice and help

Ian was so helpful with setting up our short 5 day tour to make it seam like a 10 tour with great local knowledge and advice on some must do with out trying to do to much so we did the best roads in our time.
I took my son and daughter on the ride and Ian set them up with the best bikes for them.
Well looked after bikes as well.
