Only went into the gallery on our tour. You can do the orphanage at certain times. We were told a lot about the aboriginal people and their art. Lots of art there. When we were there we were very privileged to have an artist Tommy Crow there painting 4 canvas's which he sold to us on tour and some bought... More

Cool place to visit with the kids. The gentlemen there was very friendly and showed some tips on playing the didgeridoo. He obviously really loves caring for these kangaroos also. We fed the adults and then he introduced us to Duck who was a little Joe. Sooooo cute. I can not speak highly enough of the work this couple does.... More

We enjoyed looking at the different paintings in the gallery and we purchased a genuine boomerang. The highlight was feeding the adult kangaroos and patting the joey in the sanctuary.

To be honest I expected to see more than one baby kangaroo (joey) and had hoped that my daughter and I would get to hold one, as seems to be promised in the advertising. This didn't happen and the group crowded around, watched Heidi the joey walk a little then climb back into her pouch where the owner then carried... More

Popped in during my lunchtime while I was working in Coober Pedy for a few months and it was wonderful. After watching artist Tommy Crow play the didgeridoo we listened to a few tips about kangaroos and went out the back for a look. On the way through we got a handful of four for the kangaroos and they came... More

Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. Good place to go for a kangaroo kiss, or to hang out with some birds. No entry fee but you should leave a donation because they need to look after so many precious little babies. The art work is really beautiful as well. Worth a look.
