Killer Climb
Jun. 2021
This is Not a value for money walk .There was very little to see and certainly no wildlife when we went but maybe this was because of the drizzly weather. To finish steep climb at the end.

Waterfall Gully to Mt Lofty
May 2021 • Couples
We couldn’t go to Adelaide without doing the Waterfall Gully to Mt Lofty Hike. It was amazing and very steep in some sections, but it is very well paved in most parts and easy to follow.

It’s a must do and if you are not an experienced hiker/ walker just take your time going up as it’s well worth it.

Climb Mount Lofty
Apr. 2021 • Friends
An energetic climb. Took us about one and a half hours to get to the summit. Easy path and well signposted. Quite steep in parts but very satisfying once we reached the top.

Nice, but not wow

We drove by car to Waterfall Gully. The waterfall was nice, but the restaurant was unfortunately not open.

Waste of time
Jan. 2021
Natives of this land would reach here in no time. We had to spend untold hours just to reach a bland site. Waste of time.

Very prertty

The gully itself is as expected, however the walk to mount loft is definitely what I recommend doing. Is a tough walk, but its nice.

Challenging Hike but breathtaking views.
Mar. 2020 • Couples
We did the hike. Very challenging and we are quite experienced walkers and fairly fit. Take water with you, in some places the incline is very very steep. We saw some great wildlife on the way up and down. Great facilities at the top of the summit, food catering for everyone and good value for money. The views from the top are fantastic.

Hiking trail
Jan. 2020
Hike from the base to Mount Lofty on a well marked trail. Offers great views of the city. There a few steep points going up-need to be aware if you have young children or not very fit!

Nice place and a great walk with plenty of photo opportunities. There is plenty more to see past the parking lot.

Loved this experience
Jan. 2020 • Family
We really enjoyed this experience. Family aged 14-47 a managed the climb up to the summit and back down again. Hats, sunscreen, water, and good walking shoes essential. They are not kidding about some parts being very steep. We were very impressed with the track condition though. From car park to summit and back was 11.5km, and took about 2.5 hours with a few rests on the way up. There was track maintenance underway so had a couple of detours. Cafe and lookout at the top is wonderful! We enjoyed lunch and cool drinks before heading back down.
