I specialise in private tours for 2 to 6 people visiting South Australia’s Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale wine regions, as well as the Adelaide Hills, Hahndorf, urban Adelaide and surrounds.

We chose this small group tour company to avoid buses and coaches with hordes of people.
We were picked up from our home and our first stop was Tanunda where we had coffee.
We then visited 2 lovely boutique wineries where we enjoyed very generous tastings
The beautiful platter for lunch comprised lovely local produce.
Our host, Jennie was very accommodating and as we had extra time she offered to take us to Maggie Beer’s Farm, a chocolate outlet or a gin distillery.
We had our granddaughters either us so chose the chocolate outlet.
Jennie’s knowledge of the region and wine was of great value when we were choosing wines to bring home.
We had a fabulous day out which was enjoyed by all.
I highly recommend this small tour company.

Jen was an absolute lovely host. Arrived right on time and we set off for the day. Our tour was for McLaren Vale with a stop at the visitor centre which had a lovely little gin distillery pop up (Ginny Pig) then we went to Primo Estate which was absolutely beautiful. Lynley was a wonderful host for our tasting. Next stop was Hugo Winery, what a gorgeous quaint place! The staff were so welcoming and the lunch platter was delicious!
For the afternoon it was our pick, Jen suggested Vale Brewery - it was incredible! Definitely worth the visit. Our last stop was Serafino Winery, we were absolutely blown away at how stunning this venue is. A wonderful day and we cannot wait to return and hopefully use Jen for the next region to explore.

This was easily our best excursion in South Australia. The wine and the gourmet charcuterie plate were spectacular. I can safely say it was the best excursion I’ve ever been on. Jen was super professional and knowledgeable.

Wonderful personalised service for us as first timers to McLaren Vale.
We loved our 2 wineries that Jen chose for us, in fact they were very us experiences.
Best part was having the luxurious feeling of not having to worry about getting to the next location. Would recommend this experience to everyone we know as a fantastic way to see a little of the area.

My friend and I had a wonderful time with Jen, and I would highly recommend her based on our McLaren Vale experience with her. Pickup at the hotel in Adelaide around 10 am was smooth and easy (and allowed us to sleep in!). The car is pristine and comfortable, and Jen is friendly and fun (and a great driver!). We went to two outstanding, more private wineries and had lunch at the second (delicious meat and cheese board). After lunch, we got to "choose our own adventure," so we had pre-booked a slot at the D'Arenberg Cube which offered some nice views, quirky architecture, and even some Salvador Dali history and art pieces. We also snuck in another wine tasting at a smaller quirky cellar door between lunch and the Cube. We had a nice drive back to the hotel and were dropped off around 5:15 pm. I wish the day would never have ended, but we will back--and we'll choose Tipsy Touring and Jen again for the next trip!!!

We had a great day on our Barossa Valley tour.
Jen was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
The wineries were great, and having flexibility in the afternoon allowed us to pick our favorite spots to visit.
Would definitely recommend to other groups.

Jen phoned up the previous evening to confirm details pick up etc
Jen allowed us to taste the wine and go at our own pace. She selected two different but great wineries in the morning followed by lunch
In the afternoon we suggested a different winery we had been recommended by Graham Stevens wine. She embraced our selection

Jennie gave us a customised day out that was absolutely fantastic! We got to sample some amazing food and drink and everything was so well organised! She made sure we were all comfortable despite the heat and provided such friendly service!
