Easy of access , the enclosures were pretty good, spacious for the animals, perhaps the seals would have liked more space to swim. worth a visit

Love that everything here is basically on the flat or easy to navigate. Although some exhibits were not open due to "social distancing" which made no sense as it was outside, the zoo was good. It did make us a bit sad to see the bandicoot looking stressed and pacing the exhibit it was in trying to get back out the door to the back part though, it would be nice to see it have somewhere it could go to when stressed like that instead of being trapped on display.

we all loved the park, very happy with the attractions and staff very friendly
Only one thing that we thought was not up to scratch was the canteen at the visitors centre very poor looked very much an after thought schools have better canteens also needs more seating outside saying that the food we had was good

We drove from Melbourne to see the Pandas and they didn't disappoint. The only issue is when they are inside the glass is very reflective. Worth the trip though. Nice Zoo. Only problem is there is only on street parking.

We had the best day visiting Monarto Zoo. The new facilities are fantastic. Our only concern was delays with the buses. We spent a lot of time standing waiting. Would also be good to have feed times more prominent you displayed as for very young children they need to see the animals up close, not on the other side of the field

I have been to the zoo and have seen the pandas before so was expecting “Behind the Scenes” this time. However, the only “Behind the Scenes” I saw was the the rubbish bin entrance. We saw the pandas and red panda before the crowds were let in but this was in the normal viewing area, not behind the scenes. Our knowledgeable and friendly guide gave lots of detailed information and answered all questions we had as well as being very accommodating, I couldn’t fault him. We had a zookeeper feed the red panda in his enclosure and give detailed information as well which was nice. (Again not behind the scenes though) Highly recommend going to the zoo, but this is very expensive for what you get compared to normal entrance prices. If you want a tour guide with lots of information then do this, otherwise save your money and get a normal entrance pass.

Had a lovely day with my granddaughter at Adelaide zoo. Got there when it opened and spent about 31/2 hours looking at the animals.

After paying over $300 for entry and for 3 to go in the lion exhibit, there were no seats on the bus. So you have to wait another 20 minutes. Then the bus you get on, more people are rejected as it is full. All 3 of us commented on the rudeness of 2 more of the bus drivers. They act like public servants made to work against their will. (The volunteers were lovely by comparison) Some customer service training, or better management is badly needed. Also buses going the reverse direction. We wanted to visit Cheetah feeding, but we would have had a 45 minute bus ride plus waits to get there. And how about having enough bus seats for paying customers. But let's not talk about them not selling Golden North ice creams (which are Palm oil free) anymore, or the costs of the drinks, or the 15 minute wait for coffees. The highlights... the wonderful animals, and the Lolites...the humans.

Good fun can do it in about 2-3 hours. Unfortunately no parking. We went on Wednesday it was not too busy which was nice. The giraffe enclosure was a bit small and sad. You can get nice and close to many animals. They have little pushers in the shape of cars for young kids. Good Cafe.

My wife and I took our 2 year old to the zoo today and were both very disappointed. $40 each seemed a bit rich seeing as we only saw about 50% of the animals the rest were out of sight. Not to mention the absolute cruelty of having these large beautiful animals in horrible small cages. However the zoo likes to paint the picture it is CRUEL! The poor tiger was pacing back and fourth very agitated the lions looked like they had no life left. The little hippo just standing there staring at the water for a long time. The giraffe enclosure was bare and small. As a caring generation we need to put childhood memories etc aside and stop this inhumane practice once and for all. Shame on you Adelaide zoo.
