Back in the 80s this place was fun. Now it is a bit safe and boring. Niot many people there when I walked by.

This playground has the longest slippery dip I have ever seen. It looks so scary I wouldn't go on it. The playground is close to the river so you can walk along the track and muck about in the water. You would want to wash your hands well after though.

great playground for young kids - plenty of space to explore, climb, swing and generally have an enormous amount of fun.

WE try to get the kids outdoors as much as possible and the enjoyed every minute You need to take all your food and drinks as there is not a shop within walking distance The River Torrens is nearby so if you had adventurous kids you need to be aware

Well hidden treasure. The big slide was fantastic (even some adults were enjoying it). Lots if great equipment unlike you generally see elsewhere in the neighbourhood. Best of all it's free!!! Only problem is trying to get the kids to leave ;)

Kids and adults alike loved this park. Absolutely love the slide, a decent length metal slide, not one of those plastic ones.

Spent a day at the park. Everyone, young and old had a go on the massive slide. Bring an old blanket for maximum speed. Walked into the city. An easy 4k walk along the torrens river. Enjoyed the varied bird life. Had coffee at Elder Park Cafe. Did the pop-eye and the paddle boats. A great day out. Not to... More

Well worth a visit, great long slide for all 'kids' , flying fox, chain bridge, swings and other small spinners and rockers - well worth a visit and a step in the right direction to cater for older kids too as to many parks only cater for 0-5 years.

Do take your children or grandchildren to enjoy this great playground. They will love it but it may be difficult to drag them away so make sure you allow plenty of time.
