I booked Tania for a private trip to and from Husk Distillery from Brisbane for a group of 12, celebrating a birthday. Tania's communication from the minute I booked was excellent, her pricing was great and her service took the cake. She was very flexible on times, pickup spot etc and even arranged a rendition of 'Happy Birthday' onboard to kick things off. Really happy with our day and won't hesitate to book again for our next all-in trip out of Brissie! Thanks so much Tania, everyone had a great and safe trip thanks to you!

We had an amazing experience doing a private tour! With 6 adults and 5 kids (aged 8 - 13) we were all catered for. From the initial booking, payment and organising what we wanted to do and see nothing was an issue.
Same our tour guide was amazing, listening what what we wanted to see, made sure our kids were also entertained while we sampled wine.
Our kids loved the chocolate factory and giant rocking horse, the adults loved sampling wine and visiting Maggie Beer Farm Shop
Thanks again to Paul, Sam and the team at Bums on Seats we would definitely recommend to anyone looking at doing tours around Adelaide

We did the Barossa tour today with a group of 16 of us.
I found Bums on Seats to be Great value, we went to 3 wineries, tastings were included in our price and were very generous. We also visited the chocolate factory and Maggie Beer.
Paul has had some negative reviews but I seriously do not know what they are about!! He was great telling us his jokes and letting us know where we were etc.

The worst you can imagine in a tour.
They advertise private or bespoken tours, then cancelled a few hours in advance because they did not reach the right number of participants. The fact was I had booked a tour ONLY for two people (my husband and I).
We were relocated to another tour with the same characteristics'…well, instead of a private tour to four wineries (vineyards and wine cellars) led by an expert, we were taken to visit four wine shops, where the only purpose was to sell us wines.
Instead of lunch in a starred restaurant in a famous wine estate, we had an indecent meal in a filthy bar on the side of a highway.
The driver treated us like parcels, as he was craving to get home early. So, the tour that was supposed to last five hours lasted three and a half instead.
Traised up a complaint but the manager I spoke with told me off in a rude manner.
The only refund we got has been
AUS 60 (£30), nothing in comparison to the huge fee we paid.

I want to express my sincere apologies for the extremely disappointing experience you encountered during our tour. Your feedback is genuinely concerning, and I fully understand the frustration and dissatisfaction you and your husband must have felt.
The cancellation, tour relocation, subpar meal, and the manner in which you were treated are all inexcusable, and I deeply regret that we failed to meet your expectations.
I also want to apologize for any rudeness you experienced when raising your concerns with our manager. This is not reflective of our commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Your feedback is invaluable, and I truly appreciate your candor. We take your comments seriously and will use them to improve our services moving forward.
Once again, I am genuinely sorry for the distress this has caused you. We value your business, and I hope that we can have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

After being on a previous tour with another company the day prior we were excited for a dull day tour. However we were let down as this was the worst tour we have done. Not as advertised at all. Only two wineries and one we had to pay for. My wife emailed the owner providing constructive feedback yet she was attacked personally. The owner is very clearly hostile and angry. Shouldn’t be in business at all.

Two reviews from the same couple see how nasty these people were.. meet Matt the happy plumber.. these people gave us a bad review then asked for their money back ?? Ha ha I would have done it the other way around
I love bad reviews because people read all the good reviews then say these guys must have been a real pain on the day

Maddy was our bus driver and guide and he turned up promptly at our pick up point. It was a small group of people who were very friendly. Maddy was very knowledgeable, friendly and he had a great sense of humour and he quickly got us together as a group by introducing ourselves on the tour.
There was another Bums on Seats tour doing the exact same tour as us. We were from a cruise ship as was the entire tour on the other bus. When we realised that their pick up and drop off point was the cruise ship we asked if at the end of the tour we could return with that bus so we wouldn’t have to wait for a train to take us to the ship. Both Maddy and Sam (the other driver) were very accommodating and happily agreed to this as they said it’s was about us not them. The other group booked direct with Bums on Seats whereas we booked through an external party.
We would highly recommend Bums on Seats for any tour and especially Maddy.

Bums on Seats Highlights Tour to the region around Hahndorf, Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Mclaren Vale is good value for money. Sit back and enjoy a full day of travel with a small group. The commentary was both informative and entertaining. Time to explore in both Hahndorf and Victor Harbour were very good. No worries getting organised as you are picked up and dropped off at your motel in Adelaide.

The guide and driver was prompt and knowledgeable. He was also very safe and ensured we were well informed of each stage of the trip.
He ensured all 6 passengers enjoyed themselves and ensured interactions were amicable.
The driver also successfully and gently resolved a trip issue with one of the patrons so she could join in fully.
We were given plenty of time at each venue to participate fully in wine tasting.
Great day had by all.

We did the Mt Lofty, Hahndorf, Victor Harbour, d'arenberg cube day trip. Sanji was our driver guide. Late August. I found it good value for money. Sanji was down to earth but also was very accommodating- his attention to detail was noteworthy - but also his refreshing delivery style. He was always there to help but he also left us to our own at different times. The tour was well paced and met my expectations. I would certainly have no reservations booking another of their tours.

The Barossa Wine tour was a highlight of our trip to Adelaide. Deep was our tour guide and he was so friendly. Our day was well organised and we saw a good overview of the Barossa Valley. We recommend Bums on Seats to anyone wanting a day exploring wineries.

You get picked up from your hotel then off to the Adelaide Hills to a cider place then to around 4 wineries and then to Maggie Beers farm the day ends around 5 pm back at your hotel hope that helps
